SI è instaurato un bel rapporto con la proprietaria la quale è molto gentile e disponibile. Cerca sempre di aiutare il cliente in qualche modo. Il posizione non è molto vantaggiosa ma si può notare dalla strada tramite i cartelli. Consigliato. Excellent mechanic! My father has been using this shop for a long time, and so in time to come. The location is not very advantageous but can be seen from the road by the signs. Recommended.
S	Sergio Eugeni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia auto Nissan X-TRIAL in garanzia Leaseplan presso questa officina convenzionata (trovata tramite App), avevo un problema di aria condizionata che non funzionava (non freddava). Dalla verifiche effettuate da loro, c'era un problema di distribuzione dell'aria ed era un lavoro che addirittura bisognava fare alla Nissan. Volevano farmi noleggiare un auto per il tempo del lavoro della mia auto. Hanno aperto una pratica alla Leaseplan che poi gliela bocciata dopo il primo giorno, mentre a me hanno detto che non sapevano perchè fosse stata rifiutata la pratica in garanzia. Tramite Call Center LEaseplan ho scoperto che l'officina Cirulli aveva chiesto tramite apertura pratica alla Leaseplan: 2,5h per trasferire l'auto alla Nissan di Viterbo da Orte, dove al massimo ci sono 25/30 minuti di strada, senza specificare quale fosse la problematica dell'auto, Km e dati conducente. Alla fine dopo 2 giorni persi, riprendo la mia auto da Cirulli, la porto all'Officina BOSELLI (convenzionata Leaseplan) di Viterbo, che in 1h mi trova il difetto, cioè semplicemente era da ricaricare l'aria condizionata!!! Tutto il lavoro fatto in garanzia. Sconsiglio vivamente l'officina Cirulli, al massimo lavateci l'auto all'automatico. Volevano truffare me e la Leaseplan!!! Glie è andata male, sconsigliatissimo!!! Se vi si ferma l'auto ad Orte andate, all'offcina Gennarelli, altrimenti a Viterbo da Boselli. I took my Nissan X-TRIAL car under Leaseplan warranty to this affiliated workshop (found through the App), I had an air conditioning problem that was not working (it did not get cold). From their checks, there was an air distribution problem and it was a job that even had to be done at Nissan. They wanted me to rent a car for the time of my car's work. They opened a file at Leaseplan which then rejected it after the first day, while they said to me that they did not know why the guarantee was refused. Through the LEaseplan Call Center I discovered that the Cirulli workshop had asked Leaseplan for practical opening: 2.5 hours to transfer the car to the Nissan of Viterbo from Orte, where there is a maximum of 25/30 minutes by road, without specifying what it was the problem of the car, Km and driver data. In the end after 2 days lost, I take my car back from Cirulli, I take it to the BOSELLI Workshop (Leaseplan agreement) in Viterbo, which in 1 hour finds the fault, that is, it was simply to recharge the air conditioning !!! All the work done under warranty. I strongly advise against the Cirulli workshop, at best wash the car at the automatic. They wanted to scam me and Leaseplan !!! It went wrong, highly discouraged !!! If your car stops in Orte, go to the Gennarelli office, otherwise in Viterbo from Boselli.

Venivamo da Roma e andavamo verso Firenze, finché la macchina non mi si è fermata sull'autostrada, ed ho portato con fatica la macchina in questa officina. Mi dissero che la macchina aveva un problema di valvola egr e che doveva essere sostituita. Così mi hanno fatto e dissero che la macchina sarebbe stata pronta alle 20.00 di sera, nel frattempo per andare comunque a Firenze abbiamo preso una macchina a noleggio da loro, per poi ritornare appunto alle 20.00 per ritirare la mia perché poi comunque dovevamo tornare a Roma. Alle 19.30 mi chiamano e mi vengono a dire che la macchina non ha solamente un problema di valvola ma anche di motore,e che il costo fosse di 1000/2000 euro. Non mi sono fidata e la mattina seguente ho fatto venire a prendere la macchina dal carro attrezzi per portarla appunto dal mio meccanico di fiducia. La morale della storia è che ho riparato la mia macchina con la bellezza di 300 euro e la macchina va una bomba, nessun problema di motore... Ma semplicemente aveva il collettore d'aspiraizone forato. Volevano truffare 3 donne da Roma, ma non ci sono riusciti. Quindi occhio, e fate attenzione da chi vi fate mettere le mani sulla macchina! Un'altra officina a 200 m da loro mi aveva chiesto oltre il doppio per la stessa riparazione . Mi hanno fatto un buon lavoro nei tempi giusti ed a prezzi onesti... Cordiali e competenti.
