d	daniela colasanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State lontani da questi "signori" soprattutto dal figlio. A dicembre sono andata per risolvere un problema di singhiozzo dell'auto. Mi hanno cambiato pompa e termostato per 350€. Risultato oggi sono ritornata per lo stesso identico problema dopo avere usato l'auto da allora non più di un mese in totale, e il "signorino" schernendomi (forse perché donna) ha detto che non si ricordava che intervento avesse fatto a dicembre sebbene avessi io li con me la fattura, che sicuramente non era lo stesso problema quando invece lo è perché ha gli stessi identici singhiozzi quando cammina. Ha fatto fare la diagnosi lì per lì ed è uscito il secondo cilindro non funzionante. Stessa diagnosi non è stata fatta a suo tempo. Quindi non ha dato disponibilità a risolvere il problema dopo avere intascato 350€ senza nessun miglioramento. Ha detto che avrei dovuto lasciare l'auto fra almeno una settimana e che una volta capito avrei deciso se fare il lavoro naturalmente pagando nuovamente oppure no. Non gli ho lasciato l'auto ma lascio qui un consiglio a tutti: state lontani da queste persone Stay away from these "gentlemen" especially from the son. In December I went to solve a car hiccup problem. They changed my pump and thermostat for € 350. Result today I returned for the exact same problem after using the car since then no more than a month in total, and the "young gentleman" taunting me (perhaps because she was a woman) said he did not remember what intervention he had done in December although I had I put them on the bill, which certainly was not the same problem when it is because it has the exact same sobs when walking. He had the diagnosis done there and the second non-working cylinder came out. Same diagnosis was not made in its time. So he did not give availability to solve the problem after having pocketed € 350 without any improvement. He said that I should leave the car in at least a week and that once I understood I would decide whether to do the job naturally by paying again or not. I didn't leave his car but I leave everyone's advice here: stay away from these people
