Ho trovato competenza e passione per il proprio lavoro, hanno risolto un problema alla mia auto, con rapidità e ad un costo molto più che accettabile. Avevo interpellato altre officine e gli interventi ed i costi proposti erano di enormemente maggiori. Giudizio ottimo con lode.
The workshop was recommended to me by my trusted mechanic. I found competence and passion for their work, they solved a problem for my car, quickly and at a much more than acceptable cost. I had consulted other workshops and the interventions and the proposed costs were enormously greater. Excellent judgment with praise.

Dopo il cambio altro problema, oltre a led difettati ora persiste un continuo sfarfallio dovuto alla non perfetta connessione con il sensore di luce. Chiamato in agosto per avere assistenza, siamo ad ottobre e ancora non ho saputo nulla. Complimenti
Navigator screen changed under warranty as on one side the LEDs were defective. After the change, another problem, in addition to defective LEDs, now a continuous flickering persists due to the imperfect connection with the light sensor. Called in August for assistance, we are in October and I have not heard anything yet. Compliments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata Ford Focus spacciata per Titanium, mea culpa non aver controllato bene, ma risulta essere modello base con cerchi in lega e Sync, mancano tutti gli altri optional, appena rientrato a casa mi accorgo che il clima non funziona, la riporto, lo ricaricano e dopo 7 giorni mi ritrovo con il clima che non funziona nuovamente e oltre 30° C di temperatura esterna...una goduria!
Impianto a GPL non funzionante, dulcis in fundo oggi resto a piedi con la batteria...batteria finita e piena di ossido ...fortuna che alla compravendita mi era stato detto che prima di consegnarmela avrebbero fatto il tagliando e controllato la cinghia di distribuzione(cosa di cui dubito molto sia stata nemmeno guardata)..ora controllerò filtri aria e olio motore...morale della favola a 1 mese dall'acquisto sono rimasto senza auto per una settimana, senza clima 2 volte, senza impianto a gas per 2 settimane e a piedi in centro a Padova sotto il sole cocente alla ricerca di un auto ricambi per acquistare una batteria(costata tra l'altro 95€).
Per l'assistenza nulla da dire, ma l'auto a mio giudizio una gran fregatura
Purchased Ford Focus passed off as Titanium, mea culpa not having checked well, but it turns out to be a basic model with alloy wheels and Sync, all other options are missing, as soon as I get home I realize that the climate does not work, I carry it back, recharge it and after 7 days I find myself with the climate that does not work again and over 30 ° C of outside temperature ... a pleasure!
LPG system not working, last but not least today I am left on foot with the battery ... battery finished and full of oxide ... luck that at the sale I was told that before delivering it to me they would have done the service and checked the timing belt (which I very much doubt has even been looked at) .. now I will check air filters and engine oil ... moral of the story 1 month after purchase I was without a car for a week, without climate 2 times, without gas system for 2 weeks and on foot in the center of Padua under the scorching sun in search of a spare parts car to buy a battery (which cost € 95 among other things).
For the assistance nothing to say, but the car in my opinion a big rip off
