Lascio l'auto e la sera, per telefono, mi dicono che c'è da cambiare il cavo della frizione e mi consigliano anche la sostituzione dei dischi e delle pastiglie dei freni. Chiedo un preventivo con dei pezzi di ricambio economici e mi dicono che siamo sulle 250/300 euro (prezzo ragionevole considerando che si tratta di una Fiat). Avendo urgenza di riavere l'auto, acconsento alla riparazione senza nulla di scritto. Quando vado a prenderla, la fattura era di 488 euro: il doppio. Dischi freni 170€ (il prezzo massimo che ho trovato 50/60€), pastiglie 80€ (25/30€) cavo frizione 100€ (20/25€). Spazzole tergicristalli (non richiesti) 48€. Capisco un minimo di ricarico sui pezzi ma qui si parla del triplo... Non aggiungo altro
Returning home I am stranded a few steps from this workshop. I leave the car and in the evening, by phone, they tell me that the clutch cable needs to be changed and they also advise me to replace the brake discs and pads. I ask for a quote with cheap spare parts and they tell me that we are around 250/300 euros (reasonable price considering that it is a Fiat). Having an urgent need to get the car back, I agree to the repair without writing anything. When I go to get it, the bill was 488 euros: double that. Brake discs 170 € (the maximum price I found 50/60 €), pads 80 € (25/30 €) clutch cable 100 € (20/25 €). Wiper blades (not required) 48 €. I understand a minimum of mark-up on the pieces but here we are talking about the triple ... I won't add anything else
