★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato soccorso in autostrada da questo "chiamiamolo soccorso" europ Assistance Vai Bernardini! Mi trovavo sull'A1 in una tratta con solo due corsie di marcia e una corsia d'emergenza(PERICOLOSISSIMO),dopo mezz ora dalla chiamata SOS arriva questo carro attrezzi, scendo con attenzione dal veicolo dato che mi sfrecciavano a pochi cm le altre autovetture,
chiedo all'autista del carroattrezzi (Tra l'altro il titolare così si è qualificato)se per cortesia poteva caricare il mezzo su per portarlo nella stazione di servizio a 2km di distanza, e questa bella persona mi dice "INTANTO SONO 240€ ALTRIMENTI NON TI PORTO DA NESSUNA PARTE"
Avrebbe dovuto fare il suo lavoro, mettendo prima in sicurezza me e il veicolo e poi una volta arrivati in un posto più SICURO avrebbe potuto chiedermi i soldi! VERGOGNOSO

I was rescued on the highway by this "let's call it help" europ Assistance Vai Bernardini! I was on the A1 in a section with only two lanes and an emergency lane (VERY DANGEROUS), after half an hour from the SOS call, this tow truck arrives, I get off carefully from the vehicle as the other cars darted just a few cm away ,
I ask the driver of the tow truck (Among other things, the owner has thus qualified) if he could please load the vehicle up to take it to the service station 2km away, and this beautiful person says to me "IN THE meantime, I am 240 € OTHERWISE NOT I WILL TAKE YOU ANYWHERE "
He was supposed to do his job, first securing me and the vehicle and then once he got to a SAFER place he could have asked me for the money! SHAMEFUL
Sei Zero as Owner and As Man!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia compagna è incappata purtroppo in questa autofficina a causa di un guasto in autostrada. Il loro intervento ha generato una serie di altri problemi di cui non hanno voluto farsi carico. Tornato con lei per cercare di risolvere il problema, alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni (sono un ex motorista di aeromobili con una lunga esperienza su vari tipi di motori) ho avuto risposte sprezzanti e infastidite. Per la scarsa professionalità e per la loro arroganza, consiglio vivamente di evitare questa autofficina.
My partner unfortunately ran into this garage due to a breakdown on the highway. Their intervention generated a number of other problems that they did not want to take on. Back with her to try to solve the problem, to my request for explanations (I am a former aircraft engineer with a long experience on various types of engines) I got scornful and annoyed replies. Due to their lack of professionalism and their arrogance, I highly recommend avoiding this garage.
