Purtroppo a settembre porto la mia citroen C3 per un problema al circuito di raffreddamento che comporta la sostituzione di due tubi e del corpo termostato. Dopo circa due settimane ritorno in officina per lamentare una perdita di liquido dal corpo termostato ma dopo una fugace e poco professionale analisi visiva sono stato licenziato dicendomi che il lavoro era stato svolto a regola d'arte, che non c'era nessun problema al pezzo sostituito e che la vistosa perdita di liquido di raffreddamento dalla vaschetta era dovuta alla guarnizione della testata. Mi sono, ovviamente, rivolto ad un'altra officina che mi ha detto che la perdita di liquido era dovuta al corpo termostato e che impregnava persino il gruppo frizione. Sostituito nuovamente il corpo termostato, mettendone uno in alluminio anziché di plastica come quello sostituito, e il problema è stato definitivamente e con soddisfazione risolto, anche con una spesa inferiore a quella sostenuta dalla officina in questione. Mi è stato peraltro garantito, da prove e analisi eseguite, che la guarnizione della testata è a posto. Ad oggi, a distanza di circa 4 mesi dal lavoro eseguito con soddisfazione non ho avuto più problemi al circuito di raffreddamento. Mai come in questo caso si addice il famoso motto " il cliente ha sempre ragione".
In the past I had already turned to this workshop but without particular problems. Unfortunately, in September I take my citroen C3 for a problem with the cooling circuit which involves the replacement of two pipes and the thermostat body. After about two weeks I return to the workshop to complain of a leak of liquid from the thermostat body but after a fleeting and unprofessional visual analysis I was fired telling me that the work had been done in a workmanlike manner, that there was no problem with the piece. replaced and that the noticeable loss of coolant from the tank was due to the cylinder head gasket. I obviously went to another workshop who told me that the loss of fluid was due to the thermostat body and that it even impregnated the clutch unit. The thermostat body was replaced again, putting one in aluminum instead of plastic like the one replaced, and the problem was definitively and satisfactorily resolved, even at a lower cost than that incurred by the workshop in question. I have also been assured from tests and analyzes that the cylinder head gasket is in place. To date, about 4 months after the work performed with satisfaction, I have had no more problems with the cooling circuit. Never as in this case the famous motto "the customer is always right" fits.
