I went to them a few weeks ago, the car tended to pull to the left. After having tested it on the road they tell me to reverse the wheels, that is to bring the front wheels to the rear, which is unnecessary for me because the car came out of the dealer where I bought it with four new tires in November so I found it useless. But they tell me that sometimes it can depend on how the wheel was put, so I am convinced and I do it, also because I thought: they are authorized Opel they will know where to put their hands !! After this operation they tell me that it did not help, the car still tends to the left and that we need to try a calibration on the steering wheel. After almost two hours of waiting and seeing that they kept going back and forth with the car, I leave the office and ask what is the problem? And they: nothing and they give me the car, not before presenting me with a bill of 60 euros !! To my disagreement, I was replied: we have been working on the car for almost two hours, it has a cost !! Yes, I say, but couldn't you have done a steering wheel calibration right away? And what if reversing the wheels doesn't work? Their answer: oh well in hindsight .. I pay and go home, on the way I feel the car unstable, which it was not before, I call them to get an answer that leaves me astonished! So come here and I'll put you on the wheels as before !! I also ask if the convergence has been made? Yes he says to me, and I ask why is it not in the receipt that he left me? I have forgotten it, come let me sign it with a pen. I wanted to go because I thought it was right that every intervention carried out was proven, and I'll give you an example: in a while I realize that the tires are damaged on the inside which means that no convergence has been made or they have not been placed well in reversing, you will have to answer for it. I'll save you the answer, I avoid writing it, but from that answer I understood many things and I never set foot in there again !! Money and time wasted, and unstable car with weird vibrations.

The Bazzato workshop was recommended to me by a work colleague ... I did 30 km to reach them ... I had a noise on my car ... and I had already spent unnecessarily money from three different mechanics ... now I almost gave up ... I left the car a couple of days ... I finally withdrew it without that annoying noise that tormented me for months ... I spent less than I gave each of the previous ones workshops ... (with the difference that they solved the problem) punctual, precise and professional prices in line with all honest workshops ... very recommended Thanks to Andrea and Paolo for their welcome and seriousness.

Andrea and Paolo Bazzato are two very helpful and competent people, who never regret having been at their garage when you leave the door. Prices are average and they offer a multitude of services, including biennial reviews.

I received a quote before the repair: competitive price for service and brakes ... they seem competent as well as available and friendly ... Workshop to recommend! At the retreat they also showed me the replaced pieces and photos of some details of the intervention carried out ... I will definitely be back!

Great value for money! Friendly and very helpful staff to explain quote and work; I point out in particular the convenience on Good Year tires (the ones I took after making me do several estimates in the area). There is a comfortable and clean waiting room with free wifi, coffee. I could only see the work area quickly and it is really neat and well organized.

I met this garage thanks to my father (their customer for about 11 years). About a year after the last intervention, I summarize some peculiarities of the way of working of this workshop: 1. Always require you to leave the car or at least view it before giving you any indication of a breakdown. 2. Immediate and effective communication via call / whatsapp for the communication of the type of fault, the order of magnitude of the expense for the repair and the time for execution, all accompanied by a written document. 3. On retreat, they do something that very few now do. They take you to view the car and for transparency they show you the replaced parts! (Really appreciated!) 4. The previous 3 points are paid, it is certainly not the cheapest workshop, but to date (crossing my fingers :)) I have not had to go back to them after a repair and the fault has always been resolved, largely in the average. Interventions done: Timing belt, water pump, thermo-valve in the cooling circuit. Definitely to be recommended!
