Grazie alla loro disponibilità e umanità, ci hanno consentito di riprendere il.viaggio verso Roma, riparando in mezz' ora il guasto alla nostra Ford S Max (rottura di un manicotto in gomma di 10 cm) dopo che la vicina officina autorizzata Ford ci aveva mandati via, al termine della diagnosi, poiché il magazzino era sprovvisto del tubo ...xxx...senza neanche verificare quale fosse.
Polite, professional and very nice staff. Thanks to their availability and humanity, they allowed us to resume the journey to Rome, repairing the failure of our Ford S Max in half an hour (breakage of a 10 cm rubber sleeve) after the nearby authorized Ford workshop had us sent away, at the end of the diagnosis, since the warehouse had no tube ... xxx ... without even checking which it was.
