★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che mi ci ha mandato un mio amico (aggravante) e che se fosse possibile mettere 0 stelle lo farei.
Ho portato la mia Multipla che aveva la temperatura dell'acqua che andava in ebollizione per fargli vedere cosa aveva e farmi fare un preventivo.
Il giorno dopo mi chiamano per comunicarmi il preventivo.
Prezzo esorbitante visto che ho poi trovato chi me lo fa a metà prezzo.
Allora lo richiamo per dirgli che sarei andato a riprendere la macchina e mi dice che per il preventivo vuole €60 perchè ha fatto la diagnosi.
Alla fine mi ha fatto lo sconto in 10 euro però i soldi li ha comunque voluti.
Non voglio mettere in dubbio la bravura ed il servizio, che magari saranno anche eccellenti, ma il preventivo altissimo e soprattutto il fatto di non essere stato avvisato prima che avrei dovuto comunque pagare la diagnosi non mi è piaciuto per niente.
Quindi io non lo consiglio proprio.

I brought my Multipla that had the water temperature boiling to show him what he had and get me a quote.
The next day they call me to tell me the quote.
Exorbitant price since I later found out who does it for half the price.
Then I call him back to tell him that I was going to get the car back and he tells me he wants € 60 for the quote because he made the diagnosis.
In the end he gave me the discount in 10 euros but he still wanted the money.
I don't want to question the skill and the service, which will perhaps also be excellent, but the very high budget and above all the fact of not having been notified before I would have had to pay the diagnosis anyway, I didn't like it at all.
So I don't really recommend it.

Ho perso l unica chiave del furgone ,e dopo portato il cilindretto me l hanno ricostruita! Consegnata con anticipo del tempo stabilito e con prezzi onestissimi ,ancora devo capire come hanno fatto,, ,forse il bello è proprio li ,,grazie davvero
I can't find the words to thank all the staff, especially the key duplication center. I lost the only key to the van, and after they brought the cylinder they rebuilt it for me! Delivered in advance of the established time and with very honest prices, I still have to understand how they did it ,,, perhaps the beauty is right there ,, thank you very much
