Sono soddisfatto e contenti di avere un officina così. La mattina ero stata tamponata ed era parzialmente staccato il lato destro del paraurti posteriore. Ho chiesto loro di attaccarlo con una fascetta. Mi rispondono che è possibile reinserirlo senza fatica: tolgono una vite, danno una botta per fare rientrare il paraurti e rimettono la vite: tempo 1 minuto. Al pagamento: 67 euro revisione...33 euro per la manodopera!!! 1 minuto di manodopera pagato 33 euro!!! Equivalente ad un'ora forse di manodopera. Ovviamente fatturata solamente la revisione... assolutamente poco professionale. Hanno visto una ragazza inesperta e hanno dato il loro peggio. Assolutamente non consigliato. Uscita dall'ufficio ho trovato la gomma completamente a terra, ho provato a chiamarli chiedendo aiuto, e ho avuto la riprova di servizio e professionalità piu che eccellenti!!!! Mi hanno raggiunto sul posto, gonfiato il pneumatico, (cosa che una persona inesperta come me da sola non riesce a fare!!) accompagnato passo passo in officina e sostituito la ruota. Di fatto in soli 20 minuti mi hanno risolto il problema. E non vorrei tralasciare il costo più che adeguato. Ho pagato il prezzo per la sostituzione della gomma e neanche un centesimo per il pronto intervento... Solo per l'efficienza e la rapidità mi sarei aspettata un prezzo triplicato!!!
