In realtà è poco organizzato se non nella rigidità dei comportamenti e delle regole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver letto le recensioni ero dubbioso se chiamare, invece ho trovato la " segretaria " educata e competente in pochi minuti ha trovato il particolare che avevo bisogno, arrivato in sede il motorino alzavetri era gia pronto per il ritiro.
Consiglio vivamente e ringrazio la " segretaria ".

After reading the reviews I was doubtful whether to call, instead I found the polite and competent "secretary" in a few minutes she found the detail I needed, when the window lifter motor arrived at the office it was ready for collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signora al telefono molto maleducata. Risponde senza neanche presentarsi, non ha provato neanche a cercare i pezzi richiesti e mi ha appeso il telefono in faccia.
Avevo bisogno ricambi per oltre 1000€ ma li prenderò da un'altra parte.
Caro proprietario rivedrei il personale perché ti sta facendo perdere soldi.
Cara centralinista ad una certa età dovresti imparare a comportarti educatamente e soprattutto se sul posto di lavoro professionalmente.
Very rude lady on the phone. He answers without even introducing himself, he hasn't even tried to look for the requested pieces and he hung the phone on my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due pezzi di ricambio presso di loro e ho fissato quindi con il mio carrozziere un appuntamento per fissare il lavoro. Una volta smontata l'auto uno dei due pezzi si è rivelato sbagliato, chi l'aveva marchiato a pennarello aveva invertito il lato esatto! Ho dovuto quindi accollarmi economicamente le ore di lavoro inutili... Quando ho fatto presente con molta educazione alla ragazza che risponde al telefono la problematica sono stato insultato. Una maleducazione senza precedenti! Assolutamente sconsigliato, non solo per la mancanza di professionalità ma anche per l'atteggiamento maleducato e cafone dei dipendenti.
