★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro e chiedo all'unico operatore che vedo chi si occupa dei ricambi auto e con tono scorbutico mi dice di aspettare fuori il principale perché lui non se ne occupa. Arriva il principale e chiedo del ricambio. Infastidito prima mi dice che non ce l'ha e poi che ce l'ha (coerenza 0) ma devo smontarmelo io, in barba alla sicurezza ovviamente, che succede se mi faccio male? Accoglienza 0, disponibilità 0, voglia di fare meno che meno, non mi vedrete mai più.
I go in and ask the only operator I see who deals with auto parts and with a grumpy tone he tells me to wait outside for the boss because he doesn't take care of it. The principal arrives and I ask for the replacement. Annoyed, he first tells me that he doesn't have it and then that he has it (consistency 0) but I have to take it apart myself, in spite of safety of course, what happens if I get hurt? 0 welcome, 0 availability, desire to do less than less, you will never see me again.
