Mi è stato garantito che era in ottime condizioni. All'arrivo il faro era lesionato e con un fermo rotto tutto questo dovuto dalla smontaggio. Si sono giustificati mandandomi una foto di unaltro faro dicendomi che non era lesionato. Capisco che ci si può sbagliare . Ma ammettere lo sbaglio e rimborsare la persona è un buon inizio.. trovare scuse inesistenti invece è truffare le persone.. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Peccato che non si possono mettere "0" stelle.. Very disappointing experience I bought a rear light from this demolition asking specifically if it was in good condition. I was guaranteed it was in excellent condition. Upon arrival the lighthouse was damaged and with a broken stop all this due to disassembly. They justified themselves by sending me a photo of another lighthouse saying it was not damaged. I understand that you can be wrong. But admitting the mistake and reimbursing the person is a good start .. finding non-existent excuses instead is cheating people .. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too bad you can't put "0" stars ..
M	Maria Cristina De Lillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere se avessero dei ricambi interni di una vettura... erroneamente non chiesi di che colore fossero i rivestimenti...quindi dato che la mia vettura ha gli interni scuri stamattina ho richiamato per chiedere che colore fossero( di certo non metto colori che cozzano con la carrozzeria e il resto degli interni) La signora quasi scocciata mi dice "signora lei deve venire qui e vedere di certo noi non andiamo a vedere che colore sono" Io resto basita...ma come uno sa che ha in casa degli interni di una certa vettura ma non sa il colore? Quindi secondo la loro politica uno si macina km a tempo perso ..... Abito dall'altra parte e mi sparo 40km per sapere che colore sono???? È assurdo!!!! Ringrazio per il riscontro,a mio avviso è un peccato non fornire dettagli sulla ricambistica ( parliamo di info facili...) Così facendo lavorate giusto per chi è nella zona e non ha problemi a passare di lì....chi è fuori mano è tagliato fuori e rivolge altrove...anzi dopo essermi rivolta a voi perché i più conosciuti ma non avendo voglia di andare alla ceca ho fatto un giro di chiamate altrove e con piacere ho notato parecchi demolitori che usavano addirittura watsapp per l'invio di foto. Invece all'arrivo non solo attendo 50 minuti ma vengo a sapere che non lo trovano... C'era buio...?? Mi rimandano al chiamare il giorno dopo alle ore 09:00 ad un cellulare, direttamente con la persona di riferimento alla ricerca. Risultato, "non lo abbiamo ancora trovato, ma non ti preoccupare ti richiamo io appena c'è. Sto ancora aspettando la chiamata... Sono passati più di 15 giorni. Preferisco non commentare oltre ..... Potrebbero sorgere termini "vietati ai minori" ..,. I phoned before going on purpose as it is 50 km away. they had given me confirmation of the replacement.
