I took a trip of almost 300 km round trip to buy from them a spare for my car after being informed in detail by phone of the actual availability, to find that they had not even understood what car I spoke ... professionalism less than zero !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha venduto due borchie malmesse e lerce (una diversa dall'altra) a 20€ . Quando gli ho chiesto di scontarle un po mi ha risposto che nuove costavano 100€ (ahahah!) . Ovviamente ne ricevuta e ne scontrino. Mai più. Andate altrove se potete.
He sold me two battered and oak studs (one different from the other) for 20 €. When I asked him to discount them a little he replied that new ones cost € 100 (hahaha!). Obviously they received and received it. Never again. Go elsewhere if you can.

Ho telefonato per chiedere informazioni se avessero avuto un paraurti per la mia macchina e dopo 15 minuti me lo hanno trovato ed ho lasciato detto che sarei tornato 3 giorni dopo per il ritiro. Arrivato sul posto, il paraurti era li a disposizione e pronto alla consegna. Un signore mi ha aiutato inserendolo dentro la mia macchina.
Il parcheggio per i clienti non è molto grande e bisogna sostare sulla saliltella che porta all'ingresso.
Self-destructor well equipped and available. I phoned to inquire if they had a bumper for my car and after 15 minutes they found it and I said that I would be back 3 days later for pickup. Arrived on the spot, the bumper was available and ready for delivery. A gentleman helped me by putting it inside my car.
The parking for customers is not very large and you have to stop on the small hall that leads to the entrance.
