Chiamo fornisco i dati mi viene fissato l'appuntamento per il giorno successivo, faccio anche presente che l'autovettura è ferma da qualche mese,mi viene risposto che non è un problema; chiedo, per sicurezza, se l'operazione ha un costo, mi viene risposto che è totalmente gratuita. Dopo neanche 5 minuti vengo richiamato dalla stessa persona che mi chiede di che anno fosse l'autovettura e in che condizioni si trovasse, rispondo che è dell'anno 1990 e che ha una fiancata graffiata; mi viene risposto che c'é da pagare!!! Ora ritengo che questo non sia proprio segno di professionalità. Perché spacciare un servizio per gratuito per poi chiedere soldi. Credo sia il caso di indicarlo fin da subito e non successivamente. Vivamente sconsigliato poiché appena ho provato a comunicare la cosa si sono trincerati dietro al fatto che era un ricambio usato quindi fregatura. La signora che risponde al telefono è veramente unica,consiglio vivamente questa ditta trovi di tutto Bravi. Quando la cifra standard trovata anche da altre parti è di 100 €. Consiglio vivamente di cercarne altri prima di scegliere. Rispondo al messaggio del titolare fatto in data 10/11/21 visto che non trovo la possibilità di postare un ulteriore commento. Mi sono recato nella sede di via montagna spaccata pianura, dove mi sono state applicate due tariffe diverse, una volta appurato che il veicolo era solo un telaio e targa. 250€ Per prezzo standard intendo tariffe applicate da svariati competitor dove sono andato per completare lo smaltimento. Ridiculous prices. In my specific case I asked for a scrapping of only the plate and frame they asked me for 250 €. When the standard figure found elsewhere is 100 €.
