In accettazione non c’è mai nessuno, passano sempre quei 10-15 minuti prima che arrivi l’addetto a ripetere la frase di cui sopra.
I see so many positive reviews ... I have been trying to find used parts for my car from them for years and I always get the same answer: "We don't have it". There is never anyone in acceptance, those 10-15 minutes always pass before the attendant arrives to repeat the sentence above.

Tutti che si spacciano per Eugenio, ma essendo ancora udente so riconoscere le voci. Abbiate più rispetto per il cliente, perché è grazie ad esso se lavorate. Di sicuro non mi rivolgero' più a voi, mai più.
Let's say that seriousness is not your forte. First you are told a price and then after a few days they tell you another. All pretending to be Eugenio, but being still hearing I can recognize voices. Have more respect for the customer, because it is thanks to them that you work. I'm sure I won't be addressing you again, ever again.
