they made a mistake x 2 times an important spare, making me come from out of town, no professionalism even if I was reimbursed ONLY for the cost of the spare but not for expenses and especially for the loss of time ..

L'efficienza organizzativa, l'ordine (sempre problematico in questo tipo di attività ), la cortesia, l'affidabilità e la correttezza fiscale (nessun problema per la fatturazione di quanto acquistato, senza la, purtroppo abituale, richiesta di sovraprezzo) mi hanno piacevolmente sorpreso. Un pezzo di ricambio è risultato difettoso e mi è stato sostituito immediatamente, senza alcun problema. Consiglio questa ditta a chi ha necessità di un ricambio usato.
I went to Caltanissetta, after a telephone contact, to buy some spare parts for my old Punto. The organizational efficiency, the order (always problematic in this type of activity), the courtesy, the reliability and the fiscal correctness (no problem for the billing of the purchased, without, unfortunately usual, request of overprice) have me pleasantly surprised. A spare part was found to be defective and was replaced immediately, without any problems. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a spare part.
