Non starò ad elencare tutti i servizi e le offerte che mi sono state garantite, ma quello che posso sicuramente dire è che nella sede di Biella, non mancano di certo professionalità e gentilezza. All'interno della concessionaria ho sempre respirato un clima positivo, dove il cliente è messo al primo posto. Una menzione particolare la dedico al mio venditore di fiducia, Massimiliano Biondo, che è sempre stato disponibile in ogni occasione, senza mancare di serietà e attenzione. Un grazie va anche a tutto il team di Autocrocetta Biella, Walter, Monica, Luca e Matteo, sono stati sempre pronti ad aiutarmi in ogni momento. A bordo della terza auto comprata da loro, posso sicuramente dirvi di affidarvi con fiducia a questa concessionaria, dove sarete sempre i benvenuti. Un grazie non basta!
 My review of Autocrocetta refers to a two year period, in which I changed 3 cars, one used and two new. I will not list all the services and offers that have been guaranteed to me, but what I can definitely say is that in the Biella office, there is certainly no lack of professionalism and kindness. Inside the dealership I have always breathed a positive atmosphere, where the customer is put first. I dedicate a special mention to my trusted seller, Massimiliano Biondo, who has always been available on every occasion, without lacking seriousness and attention. Thanks also go to the whole Autocrocetta Biella team, Walter, Monica, Luca and Matteo, they were always ready to help me at any time. On board the third car bought by them, I can certainly tell you to trust this dealership, where you will always be welcome. Thanks is not enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un' auto usata vista su autoscout in pieno lockdown per il covid, purtroppo non sono andato a visionare personalmente la vettura perchè fiducioso nel trattare con una concessionaria seria. Alla consegna la macchina era perfetta, avevano appena effettuato il lavaggio tappezzeria. Questa estate, quando i sedili si sono perfettamente asciugati sono venute fuori tutte le macchie, la tappezzeria era in condizioni disastrate. Alla fine si sono dimostrati come tutti gli altri venditori di auto. Quando ho esposto il problema hanno risposto che non è possibile fare nulla siccome è passato troppo tempo dalla vendita. Mi sono sentito truffato. Non ci credo che loro prima di vendere l'auto non abbiamo fatto un verbale delle condizioni quando l'hanno ritirata o che erano all' oscuro delle condizioni dei sedili che a me sono state nascoste.
I bought a used car seen on autoscout in full lockdown for the covid, unfortunately I did not go to personally view the car because I am confident in dealing with a serious dealership. Upon delivery, the car was perfect, they had just washed the upholstery. This summer, when the seats dried perfectly all the stains came out, the upholstery was in a bad condition. In the end they proved to be like all other auto salesmen. When I mentioned the problem they replied that nothing can be done as it has been too long since the sale. I felt scammed. I do not believe that before selling the car we did not make a report of the conditions when they collected it or that they were unaware of the conditions of the seats that were hidden from me.
