A	Alfio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo del reparto meccanica e non carrozzeria: 1) Neanche risposto al mio buongiorno. 2) Alla richiesta di una copia dei controlli da effettuare per il tagliando la risposta è stata: certo se facessero tutti così... 3) Alla richiesta di informazioni sul montaggio dei paraspruzzi se richiedeva la perforazione della carrozzeria (cosa che non volevo) la risposta è stata: non lo so dobbiamo vedere. Carrozzeria bucata senza preavviso. 4) Richiesta di verifica e preventivo riparazione sgocciolatoio non eseguita come richiesto. 5) Richiesta di verifica problemi di connessione con Android Auto non eseguita come richiesto. "Il ragazzo che se ne occupa non c'è". Non fornita alcuna soluzione, problema rimasto. 6) Tagliando non vidimato nel libretto manutenzione. In generale esperienza pessima. Essendo il primo tagliando avevo bisogno di chiarire alcuni dubbi sulla manutenzione del veicolo. Trattamento sbrigativo, paternalistico e superficiale, nonostante i costi più alti rispetto al mercato. Il meccanico responsabile mi ha addirittura detto in faccia che dopo oltre vent'anni era stufo di questo lavoro. Devo dire che non era difficile capirlo. Neanche alle poste trattano i clienti in questo modo. Sconsigliati, da evitare. "The guy who takes care of it isn't there." No solution provided, problem remained. 6) Service not signed in the maintenance booklet. Overall bad experience. Being the first service, I needed to clarify some doubts about the maintenance of the vehicle. Haste, paternalistic and superficial treatment, despite the higher costs compared to the market. The mechanic in charge even told me to my face that after more than twenty years he was fed up with this job. I must say that it was not difficult to understand. Not even at the post office do they treat customers like this. Not recommended, to be avoided.
