★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa un mese e mezzo fa io e mio padre abbiamo preso la decisione di acquistare una nuova auto e ci siamo riferiti ad Autocentri Balduina sia per la vicinanza sia perché conoscevamo una persona che lavora lì. Appena arrivati ci siamo diretti verso il parco auto dell’usato e qui siamo stati seguiti direttamente dal responsabile dell’usato Vincenzo Palmieri, che ci ha fatto vedere un’ampia selezione di auto usate in ottime condizioni.
Poi comunque la scelta è ricaduta su una VW golf 7 km 0 che praticamente coincideva con la mia auto ideale (persino il colore era perfetto!). L’auto non era né targata né immatricolata, quindi ci è voluto un po’ di tempo prima della consegna, comunque siamo stati costantemente aggiornati dallo stesso sig. Vincenzo Palmieri, che ci comunicava ogni novità e rispondeva prontamente ad ogni nostra domanda.
Nel complesso abbiamo trovato un parco auto molto ricco e variegato ed un personale disponibilissimo e super preparato. Consigliato vivamente per chi abita nei pressi di Roma ed è in cerca di vetture (anche usate) di qualità come Audi e VW.
 About a month and a half ago my father and I made the decision to buy a new car and we referred to Autocentri Balduina both because of its proximity and because we knew a person who works there. As soon as we arrived, we headed to the used car fleet and here we were followed directly by the used car manager Vincenzo Palmieri, who showed us a wide selection of used cars in excellent condition.
Then, however, the choice fell on a VW golf 7 km 0 which practically coincided with my ideal car (even the color was perfect!). The car was neither registered nor registered, so it took some time before delivery, however we were constantly updated by Mr. Vincenzo Palmieri, who communicated us all the news and promptly answered all our questions.
Overall we found a very rich and varied fleet of cars and a very helpful and super-trained staff. Highly recommended for those who live near Rome and are looking for quality cars (also used) such as Audi and VW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind and helpful people here in Balduina. We had a problem with our VW car during a holiday trip in Italy. Without their help we had to cancel our trip to Calabria and go back to Slovakia. They have found a mistake, solved it very fast and they didnt want money for that job. I'm really thankful for their help. There is small problem with communication, because they speak only in italian language and it takes a time until they found someone speaking little bit english. But thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst experience ever in an Audi dealer: on first hand I experienced the total absence of the staff making me wait about 20 minutes despite being in their front watching the model I was really interested, and of course a possible acquirer.
At some point, watching at least 2 attendants making their own business I decided it was time to go there and ask for some informations.
No kind of cheering was made, total absence of passion from the first attendant whom I requested a test drive, the same was confirmed 30 mins before as I called.
From bad to worse: I was passed to another attendant which assisted me with total lack of enthusiasm. I made the test drive (the only OK part of the whole experience) and took the informations I needed, but I really suffered the overall sleazy environment Autocentri Balduina has to offer.
The staff doesn’t really want to make money, sell cars and deliver a good service, they don’t know what ”sales experience” means. They just wait for “poor” people beg them to buy their toy of desires, and that’s OK for them.
And that’s only the SALES part. I can only imagine the AFTER SALES what could be.
Definitely NOT my dealer, I can buy an Audi somewhere else with a pretty much decent service.
