Ci hanno affittato la macchina, sporca, con tanto di spia accesa per problemi alle gomme dicendo di non farci caso perché non c'era alcun problema: morale della favola, se non era per un benzinaio gentile che si è accorto che le gomme erano atterra, gonfiandole, non so come sarebbe finita (e infatti dopo il suo intervento la spia si è spenta). Quando li ho chiamati per farlo presente, hanno fatto spallucce, arrampicandosi sugli specchi. Esperienza pessima da non ripetere mai più.

Attese infinite senza alcuna assistenza o comunicazione. Maleducazione e svogliatezza del personale che nonostante veda il cliente in attesa non alza la testa dal cellulare neanche per un buongiorno. Presenti in 3, ne lavora 1, a tratti picchi di 2 addirittura. Chi lavora al pubblico dovrebbe avere attitudine quantomeno alla buona educazione. (Prima di ricevere la stessa risposta della recensione che segue, l'auto è stata noleggiata a nome del mio compagno presso l'aeroporto di Catania).

Scammers. They tried to charge our credit card after almost a year for a fake ticket. They blame it to a rouge employee. No responsibility taken!

I couldn't have asked for any more from Salvatore and his team. We lost our driving licence on the way to Sicily and no car hire firms would provide any assistance at all. Salvatore and his team worked with me and the DVLA to ensure that we got the appropriate information faxed over. They then drove the car to our remote villa for us as well as collecting it from us at Catania Airport. Salvatore - thank you so much for making sure our holiday wasn't a disaster. We'll see you next year. Anyone else thinking of hiring a car when arriving into Catania Airport. Don't waste your time with the usual suspects and the queues you will be greeted with. Dont rent a car by this guys. They charge you after you delivered the car. They say it is ok but they charge with something small. 262,30 euro for a small stain. Special cleaning they mailed me after 4 days. What a joke.

We where 1 hour to late for shop up, because or flight was delayed. When we booked the cars we must give or flight no. So they know when or flight has a delay. We must pay 50 euro a car for the delay, otherwise we did not recieved the 2 cars. This the first time that a car rental company is doing so dificult about 1 hour extra to late.

Warning: In a sea full of car rental sharks, this one is the absolute definition of a bottom feeder. Do not even consider using them. They are highly unprofessional , and are guaranteed to try and rip you off in one way or another. We had the utter misfortune to rent a car from their Catania Airport branch with agreement that the car would be returned out of hours. The two individuals that I encountered were quite possibly the rudest people i've ever met and they left me in no doubt that they would try anything they could to fraudulently levy additional charges. Among other things they completely failed to provide any instruction whatsoever on what to do with the key when returning the car . So.. with no security , no marked key box and no instructions whatsoever, the only sensible option was to put the key through a gap in their office door and safely out of reach of the public. That was immediately followed by a call to their office when they opened an hour later to explain the situation , and they fully acknowledged the safe receipt of both the key and the car. Later they decided it would be more profitable to change that story to suddenly not being able to find the key...and hey presto a demand and an unauthorised debit to my card for €268 for a lost key . I don't think it would be possible to be more unscrupulous if you tried. VISA were supposed to have blacklisted them to prevent that charge but they messed up so its now their problem. They are in the process of refunding the money to me and are also in the process of issuing a charge back procedure to retrieve the money from Auto Centre and I wish them every success in that regard. Do yourself an absolute favour and avoid these guys at any cost.
