Arriva lunedì della settimana dopo vado in carrozzeria alle 18,50 e mi dicono come faccio ad andare a casa perché la macchina sostitutiva che avevo richiesto l'avevano data ad un altro cliente. Con me avevo mia madre post vaccino e avevo avvertito di ció e mia figlia. Da Ancona sono arrivato a Filottrano senza essere AVVERTITO del fatto. Professionalità e serietà deludente.
I felt terrible, first they made an appointment for me then after 5 days they called me if I could bring my car the following week. It arrives Monday of the week after I go to the body shop at 6.50 pm and they tell me how I can go home because the replacement car I had requested was given to another customer. I had my post vaccine mother with me and I had warned about it and my daughter. From Ancona I arrived in Filottrano without being WARNED of the fact. Disappointing professionalism and seriousness.
