Ho potuto notare attrezzature nuove e una cabina di verniciatura di recente concezione. Colpisce come non di senta un "chiacchiericcio" - talvolta piuttosto fastidioso in alcune aziende - tra le maestranze impegnate nei rispettivi compiti. Il titolare, Signor Capannelli, si e' sempre dimostrato cordiale e molto attento alle problematiche e esigenze esposte . Una cosa che non si puo' fare a meno di apprezzare e' come vengono bene spiegati l'esecuzione dei lavori eseguiti sulla propria vettura, segno questo di certezza della propria professionalita' ma anche di notevole etica professionale. Gli uffici sono nuovi, ordinati e puliti. La signora Valentina e' molto gentile,sorridente, rapida e efficiente nel trattare con il cliente. Una valutazione assolutamente piu' che positiva nel suo insieme ricordando in ultima analisi che il conto non riserva mai sorprese in negativo, assolutamente coerente con il preventivo ma soprattutto, come sempre, un lavoro di alta qualita' sulla propria vettura. It is striking how you do not hear a "chatter" - sometimes rather annoying in some companies - among the workers engaged in their respective tasks. The owner, Mr. Capannelli, has always been cordial and very attentive to the problems and needs exposed. One thing that you cannot help but appreciate is how well the execution of the work carried out on your car is explained, a sign of certainty of one's professionalism but also of considerable professional ethics. The offices are new, tidy and clean. Mrs. Valentina is very kind, smiling, quick and efficient in dealing with the customer. An evaluation that is absolutely more than positive as a whole, remembering in the final analysis that the bill never reserves negative surprises, absolutely consistent with the estimate but above all, as always, high quality work on your car. Totally satisfied.

Ho una Renault Scenic e il problema non è da poco se hai una passeggero, per motivi di sicurezza ovviamente, ma anche per la segnalazione del sistema di controllo. Da una concessionaria mi hanno indirizzato all'Italcar, dove la gentilissima impiegata mi ha suggerito un controllo immediato ed il meccanico ha risolto in pochi attimi il problema, rilevatosi poi non complicato. Non mi è stato chiesto nulla in cambio, anzi, la signora ci ha proposto un caffè! Staff gentilissimo e preparato! Grazie per l'ottimo servizio I was on vacation and had a problem with a rear seat safety belt (in fact I could not attach it to its anchor). I have a Renault Scenic and the problem is not just if you have a passenger, for safety reasons of course, but also for the signaling of the control system. From a dealership they directed me to Italcar, where the very kind employee suggested an immediate check and the mechanic solved the problem in a few moments, which was then revealed to be uncomplicated. Mi hanno dato la loro macchina sostituiva aiutandomi in un momento un po’ di difficoltà perché dovevo lasciar loro la mia auto a causa di un danno , eccellentemente sistemato . Auto fiammante , pulitissima all’interno alla Consegna . Un grazie a tutti e alla pazienza , cortesia e professionalità con cui ho avuto a che fare . Consigliatissimi!! Non sapendo a chi rivolgermi, ho effettuato una veloce ricerca con Google sulle officine di zona, notando subito che l'autocarrozzeria ITALCAR spiccava sulle altre per numero di recensioni (praticamente tutte positive) e per la percentuale molto alta di clienti più che soddisfatti... inoltre dalle foto pubblicate, ho immediatamente percepito l'alto livello di professionalità dell'ambiente di lavoro... Recatomi in officina per un preventivo, le mie aspettative non sono andate deluse: ho subito fatto conoscenza col titolare, il sig. Matteo, e la sua disponibilità a venire incontro alle mie esigenze è stata fin dall'inizio pressoché totale: dal periodo in cui ho dovuto affidargli l'auto, ai tempi rapidissimi di lavorazione, fino alla presa in carico di tutta la parte burocratica inerente l'assicurazione e la liquidazione del danno. Al ritiro dell'auto, ripristinata alla perfezione, ho avuto inoltre la graditissima sorpresa di veder riparati anche altri piccoli graffi già presenti sulla carrozzeria, che il sig. Matteo ha fatto rientrare nel preventivo iniziale!!!... Che dire in conclusione?!?...: finché vivrò a Perugia, la cosa è fuori discussione: sarò un loro fedelissimo cliente!!! Not knowing who to contact, I carried out a quick Google search on the local workshops, immediately noticing that the ITALCAR bodywork stood out above the others for the number of reviews (practically all positive) and for the very high percentage of more than satisfied customers ... moreover from the published photos, I immediately perceived the high level of professionalism of the working environment .. . I went to the workshop for a quote, my expectations were not disappointed: I immediately met the owner, Mr. Matteo, and his willingness to meet my needs was almost total from the beginning: from the period in which I had to entrust the car to him, to the very short processing times, up to the taking charge of all the bureaucratic part concerning the insurance and settlement of the damage. Upon picking up the car, restored to perfection, I also had the very pleasant surprise of seeing other small scratches already present on the body repaired, which Mr. Matteo has included in the initial estimate !!! ... What can I say in conclusion?!? ...: as long as I live in Perugia, the thing is out of the question: I will be one of their loyal customers !!!
