Ho contattato di persona uno dei proprietari per lavori di riverniciatura e piccoli interventi alla mia auto già alla fine di settembre . Il sig. Umberto di cui ho conoscenza decennale, mi ha prospettato che il lavoro non poteva effettuarlo subito e abbiamo concordato per un lunedì di metà ottobre previa chiamata telefonica da parte del sottoscritto. Effettuata la chiamata preventiva vengo messo a conoscenza che si doveva rimandare di una settimana. Richiamo successivamente e mi si rimanda ancora di un giorno confermandomi per il 19 ottobre. La mattina del 19 ottobre porto l'auto all'officina rivediamo il lavoro e il relativo preventivo, non obietto niente, accetto la durata del lavoro, appendo le chiavi dell'auto alla bacheca e rimango in attesa di un parente per essere riportato a casa. Trascorsa una mezz'ora mi viene incontro il sig. Andrea, altro proprietario, e mi dice che l'auto sarebbe rimasta ferma lì un'altra settimana senza alcun lavoro. Il sig. Umberto mi riconsegna le chiavi dicendomi che si sarebbe fatto sentire e di conseguenza, molto seccato e senza profferire parola sono andato via. Ancora sto aspettando una chiamata, e penso non mi chiameranno più.Non hanno il coraggio per la meschina figura. Una stella forse è pure troppo. NEGATIVI AL MASSIMO!!! On the morning of October 19, I take the car to the workshop, we review the work and the related estimate, I object nothing, I accept the duration of the work, I hang the car keys on the bulletin board and I am waiting for a relative to be taken home . After half an hour, Mr. Andrea, another owner, and tells me that the car would have stood there another week without any work. Mr. Umberto returns the keys to me, telling me that he would make himself heard and consequently, very annoyed and without uttering a word, I left. I'm still waiting for a call, and I think they won't call me again. They don't have the courage for the mean figure. A star is perhaps too much. MAXIMUM NEGATIVE !!! I sincerely hope they read this review.
