facendo piΓΉ di una domanda mi hanno risposto "lei mi ha chiesto una domanda ma me ne sta facendo 3". Preferisco spendere i miei soldi altrove che far guadagnare certa gente.
Rude. I called for information regarding a clutch (as their site is quite lacking in information) and
asking more than one question they replied "you asked me a question but you are asking me 3". I prefer spending my money elsewhere than making people earn money.

Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni del perchΓ© online avessero un prezzo tanto diverso, un commesso Γ¨ intervenuto dicendomi di comprare via internet. Alle mie rimostranze sulla risposta poco cortese, la stessa persona ha continuato con un tono tutt'altro che garbato. ovviamente, sono andato via. Era inutile provare a spiegare che il cliente non si tratta cosΓ¬. Sicuramente, visto il trattamento ricevuto non comprerΓ² mai nulla.
I went in to ask for prices, the lady at the cashier kindly gave them to me. When I asked for an explanation of why they had such a different price online, a salesman intervened and told me to buy via the internet. To my complaints about the unkind response, the same person continued in a tone that was anything but polite. obviously, I went away. It was useless to try to explain that the customer is not treated like that. Certainly, given the treatment received, I will never buy anything.

ho chiamato per un preventivo di alcuni pezzi a me necessarie mi chiude il telefono in faccia dicendomi in dialetto se gli interessa qualcosa venga in negozio. lo richiamo per precisare la sua maleducazione dato che mi ha chiuso il tel in faccia e gli dico pensa che dopo che mi ha chiuso il tel in faccia vengo in negozio da lei? e lui se vuole viene arrivederci.
sono scioccato ma come fanno a lavorare gente cosi inutile.

I called for a quote for some pieces I needed to close the phone in my face telling me in dialect if he is interested in something, come to the shop. Eccezionale e comprensivo anche e soprattutto nel post vendita.
Nel montarmi le tendine parasole, mi hanno rovinato la posteriore; rivoltomi al sig. Francesco, questi ha fatto in modo e maniera che mi pervenisse, nuova, la tendina che mi era stata danneggiata.
Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare pubblicamente anche l'azienda LAMPA di Viadana (MN).
In futuro, seppur a Roma, non esiterΓ² a rivolgermi nuovamente a questo negozio.
