Sono alla seconda auto comprata da loro (wolksvagen t-roc). Molto gentili e competenti: 5 stelle meritate per chi mi ha venduto l'auto e 5 stelle anche alla loro officina che ha fatto la.manutenzione alla golf che avevo prima. Un saluto. Enzo
 After more than 40 years and after a dozen cars bought in at least 6 or 7 different dealerships, I can safely say that Auto Valmugello is the best of all for my experience. I'm at the second car bought by them (wolksvagen t-roc). Very kind and competent: 5 stars deserved for those who sold me the car and 5 stars also to their workshop that did the golf maintenance I had before. A greeting. Enzo

SERIOUS and HONEST, I bought a used car in 2015, fully satisfied. The only small flaw (if you can call it that) is that a little more attention to detail in the workshop department would be needed.

Ho apprezzato particolarmente la trasparenza nell'illustrare i costi REALI dell'auto e del finanziamento. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di questa concessionaria, che oltre alle auto e ad altri mezzi a quattro ruote commercializza biciclette altamente tecniche e specialistiche, ho avuto una esperienza molto parziale: il noleggio di un furgone.
Provenivo da una esperienza disastrosa fatta lo stesso giorno con un'altra concessionaria-officina della zona. Un primo furgone noleggiato dopo ampio preavviso, pagato in anticipo a peso d'oro, consegnatomi in condizioni indecenti per stato di conservazione e igiene, ha improvvisamente smesso di funzionare dopo pochi chilometri per poi permettermi miracolosamente di rientrare in paese, giusto in tempo per riportarlo da chi me lo aveva noleggiato prima che esalasse l'ultimo respiro. Accolto con sufficienza ed arroganza dal funzionario che ho trovato, che si è trincerato dietro le classiche scuse che in genere si attribuiscono ai pubblici burocrati, me ne sono andato e mi sono rivolto appunto alla Autovalmugello.
Qui ho trovato una persona gentile e disponibile, che si è adoperato per reperirmi un furgone disponibile immediatamente e fuori orario : di sabato pomeriggio.
E questa volta si è trattato di un furgone praticamente nuovo, pulito ed in piena efficienza, con cui ho potuto completare il lavoro di sgombero che avevo iniziato la mattina.
Posso solo dire che le due concessionarie hanno rispettivamente perso ed acquistato un cliente.

A first van hired after ample notice, paid in advance with a weight of gold, delivered to me in indecent conditions for its state of conservation and hygiene, suddenly stopped working after a few kilometers and then miraculously allowed me to return to the village, just in time to bring it back from whoever hired it to me before he took his last breath. Welcomed with disdain and arrogance by the official I found, who has entrenched himself behind the classic excuses that are generally attributed to public bureaucrats, I left and turned to Autovalmugello.
Here I found a kind and helpful person, who worked to find me a van available immediately and out of hours: on Saturday afternoon.
And this time it was a practically new van, clean and in full working order, with which I was able to complete the clearing work I had started in the morning.
I can only say that the two dealerships have respectively lost and purchased a customer.
