c	ciro aggoun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero recato alla concessionaria in quanto in cerca di un auto ( avevo tempi molto ristretti ) e una volta li, ho espresso il mio parere sulla tipologia di auto che stavo cercando, al che un venditoro mi indica la macchina che a prima apparenza faceva al caso mio... unico inconveniente era nella sede di Imola. Ho preso e mi sono recato fino ad Imola (sono di Cesena) gia entusiasto del mio futuro acquisto... un entusiasmo non durato molto perchè a Faenza non mi era stato detto delle numerevoli problematiche che possedeva l'auto e del fatto che fosse stata gia posseduta da altri 4 proprietari... una cosa che si sarebbe potuta benissimo evitare se semplicemente prima di sbattermi inutilmente fino ad Imola ( personale davvero accogliente e cordiale ) avrebbe dato un occhiata al loro sito per vedere se l'auto aveva tali problematiche. Arrivato sabato,la mattina chiamo per sapere se è tutto ok e ricevo un si tutto a posto,il pomeriggio arrivo in concessionaria per la prova su strada e il venditore mi dice che non ha l'auto da farmi provare dicendomi che mi avrebbe chiamato il lunedi per accordarci di nuovo. Non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata per un nuovo appuntamento dopo una settimana...penso che si abbia tutto il tempo per una chiamata per non far fare un giro a vuoto e per accordarsi per un nuovo test drive,episodi che mi hanno parecchio seccato.
