Con appuntamento preso da più di una settimana, per effettuare tagliando auto, mi presento puntuale e mi viene detto di tornare un altro giorno…senza essere avvisata per tempo… Inoltre faccio presente che l’auto ha una garanzia che prevede il diritto al tagliando gratuito in qualsiasi autofficina autorizzata Renault (come da comunicazione datami dalla concessionaria in cui ho acquistato l’auto) e per tutta risposta mi viene detto “qui si paga”. Non credo che la concessionaria principale mi avrebbe indirizzato lì se non risultasse idonea al tagliando gratuito, ad ogni modo ho preferito girare i tacchi e andare via da un luogo così poco cordiale e privo di PROFESSIONALITÀ! Era la prima volta che andavo e certamente hanno perso l’occasione di acquisire nuova cliente perché per quanto mi riguarda, farò solo cattiva pubblicità! Bad. I also point out that the car has a guarantee that provides the right to a free service in any authorized Renault garage (as per the communication given to me by the dealership where I bought the car) and in response I am told "here you pay". I don't think the main dealership would have directed me there if I wasn't eligible for the free coupon, however I preferred to turn my heel and leave a place so unfriendly and lacking in PROFESSIONALISM! It was the first time I went and they certainly missed the opportunity to acquire a new client because as far as I'm concerned, I'll only do bad publicity!
