Avevo un cerchione danneggiato della mia Mercedes e informandomi in giro mi è stato detto che era pressoché impossibile sistemarlo in quanto trattasi di cerchione diamantato. Che dire, loro ci sono riusciti e il lavoro finale è a dir poco sorprendente. Il titolare è stato estremamente cortese e premuroso oltre che onesto. Oltre a consigliarlo ai miei amici e parenti, sono certo che mi rivolgerò nuovamente a loro per un full detailing non appena l'auto presenterà i primi micro graffi (magari con un trattamento nanotecnologico)
Li consiglio senza alcuna riserva. Unico neo se così vogliamo chiamarlo sono i tempi d'attesa per avere un appuntamento (nel mio caso 3 settimane). D'altra parte chi lavora bene è anche molto richiesto ;)
My experience has been nothing short of excellent. I had a damaged rim of my Mercedes and inquiring around I was told that it was almost impossible to fix it as it is a diamond rim. What can I say, they succeeded and the final work is nothing short of surprising. The owner was extremely courteous and considerate as well as honest. In addition to recommending it to my friends and relatives, I am sure that I will contact them again for a full detailing as soon as the car shows the first micro scratches (perhaps with a nanotechnological treatment)
I recommend them without reservation. The only drawback if we want to call it that is the waiting times to have an appointment (in my case 3 weeks). On the other hand, those who work well are also in great demand;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a lucidare un'autovettura, il lavoro è stato fatto malissimo, è stata data solo tantissima cera per coprire ma non è stata fatta alcuna lucidatura. Ancora oggi, dopo una decina di lavaggi, la cera non è ancora venuta via, la carrozzeria è rovinata. Il titolare è stato molto arrogante e non ammette che l'errore è stato suo. Ho scritto la stessa recensione sulla pagina Facebook dell'azienda ma la ha cancellata. Personalmente non mi rivolgerò mai più a lui e lo sconsiglio.
I took a car to polish, the job was done very badly, only a lot of wax was given to cover but no polishing was done. Even today, after about ten washes, the wax has not yet come off, the bodywork is ruined. The owner was very arrogant and does not admit that the mistake was his. I wrote the same review on the company's Facebook page but deleted it. Personally, I will never turn to him again and I advise against it.

Dai tanti pareri positivi e dalla mia esperienza posso tranquillamente dire che l'azienda Carisma di Monfalcone non ha rivali nel campo della cura degli interni. Non solo rigenerano plastiche, fanali, volanti, cruscotti rovinati dal sole o legni logori ma curano e fanno tornare a vita nuova sedili, pelli e quant'altro. Cura maniacale e tanto amore e passione nel lavoro che fanno e nella felicità dei loro clienti nel ritrovarsi una macchina che dopoa cura Carisma è meglio di quando era nuova. Per chi ha necessità la Carisma Detailing applica trattamenti nano ceramici alla carrozziera di qualsiasi auto proteggendo la vernice da graffi e dagli agenti atmosferici.
Sono rimasto positivamente colpito dal lavoro fatto agli interni rovinati dal sole sulla mia macchina. Ora è praticamente come nuova. Sono un cliente soddisfatto e mi permetto di consigliare Carisma a chi ama la propria auto anche perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente e i prezzi paragonati al lavoro artigianale svolto sulle macchine è molto conveniente.
