★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprio oggi ho usufruito del soccorso stradale in quanto autofficina convenzionata Allianz. Si sono presentati con autocarro di soccorso pulito e ordinato. Perfettamente puntuali e hanno dato di prova di grandissima professionalità sia nel caricare la mia macchina (tirandola fuori da una posizione non facile) che nello scaricarla presso l'officina da me indicata. Cortesi e preparati. Autofficina consigliatissima!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ersatzreifen den ich mitgeführt hatte auf Hänger montiert.Außerhalb der Autobahn und Mautstation. 305 € waren zu bezahlen für ca. 10 Minuten arbeit. (Rad vom Hänger demontieren und Reserverad montieren). in meinen Augen pure Abzocke und Ausnützen einer Notlage. Keine Angabe der Kosten bevor die Arbeit begann. Waren mit 2 Mann vor Ort, wobei ein Mann nur am telefonieren war und nicht einen Handschlag geholfen hat.

Per quanto riguarda la parte tecnica hanno ritirato ieri la mia macchina con ruota bucata al centro di San Benedetto del Tronto, di sabato pomeriggio, in pochissimi minuti dalla chiamata; sono tornato in strada nel giro di mezz'ora. TOP

Il giorno delle Palme allertato dal soccorso stradale della mia polizza assicurativa mi ha soccorso con tempestività all'altezza del Km 305 dell'Autostrada A14 nel tratto direzione TA/BO, dove la mia auto è andata in blocco appena dopo l'uscita di una lunga galleria in cui il traffico era a doppio senso di marcia. Con attenzione e sicurezza è stata recuperata l'auto, una volta giunti presso il deposito officina la staf presente, in particolare IVIS, nonostante la festività delle Palme, si è prodigato con attenzione e professionalità tanto da individuare con precisa intuizione il problema che aveva mandato in blocco l'auto. Subito il personale presente si è messo a disposizione per risolvere il problema. Non è stato facile ma grazie a fortunate combinazioni si sono alimentate speranze concrete di potermi far riprendere il viaggio verso la mia meta appena potevano essere risolte le soluzioni a garanzia della mia sicurezza e dell'efficienza dell'auto. Intanto il tempo scorreva velocemente e la moglie di Giuseppe, vista la presenza di altri clienti soccorsi e che era giunta l'ora di cena, con generosa ospitalità aveva provveduto a rifocillarci con tranci di ottima pizza. Incontrare tali persone in un momento di paura e di bisogno e di assistenza ti riconciliare con gli umani, soprattutto se dello stampo delle persone incontrate.

I ragazzi sono stati super professionali nel rimetterci il mezzo in carregiata.
