★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non hanno rispettato gli accordi presi inizialmente. Scorretti. Molto sgarbata la signora in cassa, non aveva il resto ( 20€) e si è alterata con me... Scortese e scontroso anche il resto del personale. Milano è grande, non tornerò mai più da voi.
They did not respect the agreements made initially. Incorrect. The lady at the cashier was very rude, she did not have change (20 €) and was upset with me ... Rude and surly also the rest of the staff. Milan is great, I will never go back to you.

Expensive compared to the norm. I went with a flyer where they were giving away 10 euros of fuel but the clerk liquidated me saying it was an old promotion. You don't see me anymore. CBS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto la macchina due volte per la stessa riparazione alla gomma bucata e alla terza mi chiedono ulteriori 20/30€ per smontare la stessa gomma e ripararla dall'interno dicendo che probabilmente è da cambiare.
Non fidandomi mi reco da un alto gommista il quale mi smonta la gma e me la ripara dall'interno al costo di €15 dicendomi che per riparare il buco dall'esterno....che tra l'altro non usa più nessuno...hanno dovuto allargare il foro.
A parer mio ho trovato presso di loro pochissima professionalità e per di più quando li ho chiamati per dire la mia sono stato anche trattato male,poi da lì ne è nata una discussione.
I take the car twice for the same repair to the flat tire and at the third they ask me for an additional 20/30 € to disassemble the same tire and repair it from the inside saying that it probably needs to be changed.
Not trusting me, I go to a senior tire dealer who disassembles the gma and repairs it from the inside at a cost of € 15, telling me that to repair the hole from the outside .... who by the way no longer uses anyone .. . they had to widen the hole.
In my opinion, I found very little professionalism among them and moreover when I called them to have my say I was also treated badly, then a discussion arose from there.
