Comunque sto vivendo un incubo per farlo ed avere il Green Pass. Oggi ho chiamato al vostro numero 800002255 per fare la prenotazione last minute ed avere il Green Pass e mi hanno tratato come se volessi uccidere qualcuno al posto di fare il vaccino. Pensavo che l'Interese era avere a tutti vaccinati, ma mi sembra di no ? Se non sei italiana ti trattano molto, molto male The Green pass would be a nice idea if Italy let the Europeans (Spanish in my case) who live here get vaccinated. Sono chiuso in casa da 4 giorni per essere stato in contatto con un positivo e ancora nessuno si è fatto sentire per farmi sapere cosa fare. Se la gente da contattare è troppa, aumentate il personale! Non è difficile! Non è giusto né etico tenere così in balia la gente! E a tutti i numeri disponibili rispondesse mai qualcuno... Ho chiamato per una semplice informazione e la signora non solo si è permessa di alzare la voce (senza motivo, il mio tono e le mie parole sono sempre state cordiali ed educate) e aggredirmi senza avere alcun minimo rispetto (e diritto), ma ha anche chiuso il telefono in faccia. Mi creda, si educhi o cambi lavoro perché non è portata per stare a contatto con la gente, specialmente in una situazione delicata come questa. The lady who answers the phone is of a unique rudeness. I called for a simple information and the lady not only allowed herself to raise her voice (for no reason, my tone and words have always been friendly and polite) and attack me without having any respect (and right), but she even closed the phone in his face. Believe me, you educate yourself or change jobs because you are not suited to being in contact with people, especially in a delicate situation like this.

Risultati positiva al covid, ma non puoi presentarti al drive a fare il tampone di fine quarantena, non riesci a prenotare il tampone in farmacia. Chiama l’assistenza ausl e la signora al call center ne sa meno di me e tutti messi insieme. Ma uno come dovrebbe uscire di casa?! To say shameful is an understatement! In a period like this, administrative assistance is really worth it. Positive results for the covid, but you cannot show up at the drive to do the end of quarantine swab, you cannot book the swab at the pharmacy. Call Ausl assistance and the lady at the call center knows less than me and all put together. But how should one leave the house ?!
