Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!stressati anziche rilassati all'uscita e con portafoglio vuoto.pessima esperienza! NO NO No I'm sorry but bad experience! purchased Groupon package with massage of 50 'which instead turned out to be 20' the girl talked for the whole time of the massage distracting herself and raising her hands to gesticulate. they even pretended to scold her and feel sorry at the moment of payment which was full without any discount. (Hanno acceso riscaldamenti al nostro arrivo). Massaggio terribile, di 20 minuti. Vasca idromassaggio con acqua fredda. Sauna ridicola (solo nebbia, niente calore). Distributore di acqua senza bicchieri di plastica. Siamo andati via un'ora prima senza nemmeno provare l'aperitivo. Nessun rimborso, nonostante gli evidenti disagi. Solo ridicole giustificazioni. Un centro da chiudere seduta stante. Spero di poter evitare la spiacevolissima esperienza al prossimo malcapitato. Bad service. Coupon for 75 euros including a 40-minute massage, hydromassage sauna and aperitif. Unheated environment. (They turned on heaters upon our arrival). Terrible massage, 20 minutes. Hot tub with cold water. Ridiculous sauna (fog only, no heat). Water dispenser without plastic cups. We left an hour before without even trying the aperitif. No refund, despite the obvious inconvenience. Only ridiculous justifications. A center to be closed on the spot. I hope I can avoid the unfortunate experience of the next unfortunate.

Hanno cominciato a riempire la vasca quando siamo arrivati( non si sarebbe riempita prima di 2 ore) ,acqua gelata, ambiente freddissimo. Bagno turco rumoroso, vapore bollente , senza profumi. Una situazione veramente imbarazzante. Una scenetta messa in piedi alla perfezione , la titolare che faceva finta di rimproverare le ragazze che lavoravano li. Siamo andati via in mezz'ora. Sono tornata lamentando quanto accaduto e dicendo che non avrei più fatto una semipermanente con loro. Ho chiesto se era possibile quantomeno convertire il secondo buono in altro, per non perdere i soldi già versati. La signora mi ha risposto che mi avrebbe fatto un massaggio e che mi avrebbe regalato una semipermanente per scusarsi. Morale? Sono tornata per un massaggio che è durato 20 minuti (fatto veramente in fretta e furia) mentre (nonostante la prenotazione) la semipermanente non mi è stata fatta perché “non c’era tempo”. Ho chiesto di prendere allora un altro appuntamento e mi è stato risposto “no, ormai niente unghie”. Dopo che me l’avevano detto loro bloccando la prenotazione... SENZA PAROLE. Anzi sì, due: MAI PIÙ.
