Ho richiesto informazioni per acquistare un tubo di scarico per condizionatori portatili e mi hanno risposto di chiamare l'assistenza, dicendomi che era l'unico modo per ottenere il tubo (pagando quindi, oltre al pezzo, anche l'assistenza) e che comunque non era un lavoro che potevo fare da solo. Mi sono recato poi in uno dei grandi negozi di fai da te e ho trovato il pezzo di cui avevo bisogno a 15€, montato da me (miracolosamente!) E funzionante al 100%! Non ci rimetto piede di sicuro. Staff very rude. I requested information to buy a drain hose for portable air conditioners and they told me to call for assistance, telling me that it was the only way to get the hose (therefore, in addition to the piece, I also paid for the assistance) and that in any case it did not it was a job I could do alone. I then went to one of the big DIY stores and found the piece I needed at € 15, mounted by me (miraculously!) And running 100%! I'm not going to set foot again for sure.

Ci hanno cambiato anche la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Noi abbiamo una grandissima fiducia nei loro confronti e infatti abbiamo deciso di comprare anche il microonde. Sono sempre disponibili ma può capitare che siano occupati, ti dicono di aspettare un po' di giorni e poi arrivano a sistemare i danni.
