Abbiamo incontrato condimeteo lievemente avverse il giorno dopo la partenza e lo skipper ci ha prontamente riparato al porto di Salina. Booked a charter with them at the end of September with a skipper suggested by them, positive experience from every point of view. We encountered slightly adverse weather conditions the day after departure and the skipper promptly repaired us at the port of Salina.
E	Emanuele De Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la barca si presenta in pessime condizioni igieniche, nonostante la situazione covid richieda molta attenzione. tender che abbiamo dovuto gonfiare almeno 3 o 4 volte al giorno perché in pessimo stato. cuscineria interna a dir poco sporca. la caparra non è mai stata restituita per via di un fantomatico sinistro per il quale stiamo ancora aspettando informazioni a distanza di 3 mesi. danni alla barca chiaramente mai riscontrato in fase di check out. sconsiglio vivamente di intraprendere rapporti con questo charter. con molta probabilità non rivedrete mai la vostra caparra. the boat is in poor hygienic conditions, although the covid situation requires a lot of attention. tender that we had to inflate at least 3 or 4 times a day because it was in a very bad state. internal cushions dirty to say the least. the deposit has never been returned due to an elusive accident for which we are still waiting for information after 3 months. damage to the boat clearly never found during check out. I strongly advise against engaging in relationships with this charter. you will most likely never see your deposit again.
M	Mario Candela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo riconsegnato la barca presso il luogo prestabilito in data 14-08-2020 dopo tutti i controlli effettuati da un loro incaricato e con esito positivo del check out che escludeva ogni tipo di "eventuale danno"; ad oggi 12-11-2020, sono trascorsi 3 mesi, non abbiamo ricevuto ancora nessun rimborso del deposito cauzionale versato nonostante innumerevoli solleciti. Invito ogni lettore a diffidare da questo charter; sconsigliatissimo. We returned the boat to the pre-established place on 14-08-2020 after all the checks carried out by one of their representatives and with a positive outcome of the check out which excluded any type of "possible damage"; as of today 11-12-2020, 3 months have passed, we have not yet received any refund of the security deposit paid despite countless reminders. I invite every reader to be wary of this charter; highly discouraged.

Sembrerebbe essere il modus operandi di questa compagnia per truffare i clienti. Confermo anche che la barca è stata consegnata molto sporca nonostante nel contratto fossero state addebitate spese di pulizia professionale. I can confirm that the boat was also very dirty even if we were charged for cleaning services. As unfortunately others have confirmed, the deposit was immediately collected and never returned, citing false reasons. It would appear to be this company's modus operandi to scam customers. I also confirm that the boat was delivered very dirty despite the fact that professional cleaning fees were charged in the contract. We booked bareboat in Sicily for a week in Sept, the price offer was very good - after booking and closer to the trip we had several emails back and forth with Mimi from Auracharter. We wanted to book early check-in on the boat, after another email we got there and everything was ready. Thanks to all the Auracharter staff.
R	Radu Bârsan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the first company or so called company that says the RYA day Skipper license is not a license and can not charter the boat to a skipper with this type of permit. i guess it is the way of trying to force the client to pay more for a local skipper. As the reviews ar so low this is not a surprise! Be aware!
