Ora ha assunto nuovamente il suo originaria ufficio, ospitando regolari funzioni Religiose. L'insegna esterna indica come data di costruzione 1233, ma probabilmente la struttura era già preesistente. Bello epoca il portale, sovrastato da una grande rosa con colonnine a raggiera. L'interno è piuttosto spoglio, ma fa sfoggio di un soffitto a cassettoni, presente sin dal XVI secolo e custodisce la statua in legno dorato di San Giacomo Apostolo. Danneggiata dal terremoto del 1997, è stata ristrutturata, consolidando le mura ed il tetto.
Formerly the Church of Charity, located in the historic center of Tolentino, it was deconsecrated and named Auditorium San Giacomo. It has now taken up its original office again, hosting regular religious functions. The external sign indicates the construction date of 1233, but the structure was probably already pre-existing. The portal, surmounted by a large rose with radial columns, is beautiful from the period. The interior is rather bare, but shows off a coffered ceiling, present since the sixteenth century and houses the gilded wooden statue of St. James the Apostle. Damaged by the 1997 earthquake, it was restored, consolidating the walls and the roof.
