★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che non si possa dare meno di una stella. Televisore Zephir che si è guastato dopo i due anni ma entro i 5 anni previsti dall'estensione di garanzia approvata a suo tempo. Ho chiamato il numero, mi hanno detto di scrivere una mail, cosa che ho puntualmente fatto. Nessuna risposta nonostante i vari solleciti sia via mail che telefonici. Alla mail nessuno risponde e sono passati 15 giorni, al telefono dicono di inviare la mail. Insomma, per farsi aggiustare una tv ancora in garanzia cosa bisogna fare?

Too bad you can't give less than one star. Zephir television that failed after two years but within the 5 years foreseen by the warranty extension approved at the time. I called the number, they told me to write an email, which I promptly did. No answer despite the various reminders both by e-mail and telephone. Nobody replies to the email and 15 days have passed, on the phone they say to send the email. In short, to get a TV fixed under warranty, what do you need to do?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata pessima, di sicuro io non ci andrò più e consiglierò ai miei amici di fare lo stesso. Ho potuto verificare quanto e come potesse essere la loro correttezza, affidabilità e cortesia Ho portato da loro una planetaria per una riparazione in garanzia. Appena sono entrato nella loro sede ho notato subito che c’era una gran confusione. Dopo 20 giorni mi inviano una mail dicendomi che la mia planetaria era pronta e riparata. Vado per ritirarla (mi prendo un permesso dal lavoro e percorro 25 km) ma arrivato lì mi dicono che c’era stato un errore nell’invio dell’email e che avrei dovuto ritornare (altri 50km tra andata e ritorno). Mi arrabbio, esce il titolare che si scusa per l’errore e mi garantisce che la planetaria mi sarebbe stata consegnata a casa mia a loro spese. Passano altri 7 giorni, mi avvisano nuovamente che la planetaria (questa volta sì) era pronta. Li chiamo e mi confermano sia l’avvenuta riparazione sia la consegna al mio domicilio. Passano altri 15 giorni, invio un’email per chiedere spiegazioni sul fatto che non mi era stata ancora consegnata e mi dicono che appena passavano per il mio paese (paese fuori mano) l’avrebbero consegnata. Faccio notare che gli accordi non erano questi, ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Oggi sono andato io a ritirare la planetaria. Ora sono proprio curioso di leggere la loro risposta a questo commento. Qualsiasi cosa scriveranno per me resteranno sempre scorretti inaffidabili e scortesi .Fabio
My experience was bad, for sure I will not go there again and I will recommend my friends to do the same. I was able to verify how much and how their correctness, reliability and courtesy could be. I brought a planetary mixer to them for a repair under warranty. As soon as I entered their headquarters, I immediately noticed that there was a lot of confusion. After 20 days they send me an email telling me that my planetary mixer was ready and repaired. I go to collect it (I take a permit from work and I travel 25 km) but when I get there they tell me that there was an error in sending the email and that I should have returned (another 50km round trip). I get angry, the owner comes out apologizing for the mistake and assures me that the planetary mixer would be delivered to my home at their expense. Another 7 days pass, they warn me again that the planetary mixer (this time yes) was ready. I call them and they confirm both the repair and the delivery to my home. Another 15 days pass, I send an email to ask for an explanation on the fact that it had not yet been delivered to me and they tell me that as soon as they passed through my country (out-of-the-way country) they would have delivered it. I point out that these were not the agreements, but they never answered me. Today I went to collect the planetary mixer. Now I'm really curious to read their response to this comment. Whatever they write to me will always remain unfair, unreliable and rude. Fabio

Danno 10 incarichi alla volta e da fare tutti nello stesso momento e poi ti cacciano con la scusa che non sei portato per quel tipo di lavoro. Statene alla larga
