Personale cortese e sempre disponibile. Riacquisterò sicuramente da loro. I relied on them to equip the entire kitchen of my restaurant, the goods were perfect and of excellent quality compared to the super cheap price. Courteous and always available staff. I will definitely buy back from them.

Mi è arrivata dopo 2 settimane. Nel frattempo avevo annullato l'ordine, ignorando la cancellazione dell'ordine mi hanno spedito cmq la macchina, che ho provveduto a rimandare al mittente. Dopo un mese ancora mi devo restituire i soldi. Alla fine li ho denunciati. VERGOGNA! Incompetent and dishonest. I ordered an ice machine, behind the promise to receive it in 48 hours with a shipping surcharge. It came after 2 weeks. In the meantime I had canceled the order, ignoring the cancellation of the order they sent me the machine cmq, which I proceeded to send back to the sender. After a month I still have to pay back the money. In the end I denounced them. SHAME!

Dishonest to the core, I ordered a 60x60x85 steel table, arrived after a month all dented, with feet that do not match, sent emails, wp messages, and phoned, I received no reply, I will legally provide for their fraud !! !!!

Ordino un tavolo in acciaio a 2 ripiani,arriva dopo piu' di 30 giorni,imballato su pallet in plastica strappata : le barre sotto ripiano dissaldate, una vite troppo avvitata che ha rovinato il lato del tavolo,di misure sbagliate, e come ultima amara sorpresa , 2 ripiani ma le gambe forate per un solo ripiano ( e le istruzioni sono per un tavolo a un ripiano). Al telefono non rispondono e sto aspettando una risposta via mail a questa vergognosa dimostrazione di scarsa qualita' e attenzione. Se questo e' il made in italy .... Really shameful! I order a steel table with 2 shelves, it arrives after more than 30 days, packed on a torn plastic pallet: the unsoldened bars underneath, an over-screwed screw that has ruined the side of the table, of wrong sizes, and as a last bitter surprise, 2 shelves but the legs pierced for a single shelf (and the instructions are for a table with a shelf). On the phone they do not answer and I am waiting for an answer via email to this shameful demonstration of poor quality and attention. If this is made in Italy ....

Ho ordinato un forno microonde a dicembre 2020 e con ritardo di un mese mi arriva un modello completamente diverso. Vani i tentativi di trovare un accordo sul reso in quanto la stessa ha confermato la correttezza del prodotto inviato, nonostante foto o ordine da me effettuato provassero il contrario. Sconsigliato! I think unreliable is not enough to describe my experience with the company. I ordered a microwave in December 2020 and with a delay of one month I get a completely different model. Vain attempts to find an agreement on the return as the same confirmed the correctness of the product sent, despite photos or orders made by me prove the opposite. Not recommended!
