★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tempi di attesa all'interno del salone, almeno personalmente, lasciano a desiderare. Credo che tre ore per un taglio e un colore siano veramente troppe. Peccato.
The waiting times inside the salon, at least personally, leave something to be desired. I think three hours for a cut and a color are too many. Sin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mia moglie hanno sbagliato il colore campado scuse per coprire l'errore... Poi 2 ore e mezza per colore e piega mi sembrano eccessivi come i 70€pagati ...esperienza da non fare MAI PIÙ!!
To my wife have the wrong color campado excuses to cover up the mistake ... Then 2 hours for color and bends seem as outrageous as paid € 70 ... experience not do NEVER !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cinesi capiscono di più l'italiano! Che esperienza: chiedo di mantenere la lunghezza e di aggiustare solo il taglio. Il parrucchiere, pelato, mi taglia la parte posteriore riducendo la lunghezza da ca. 10 cm a ca. 5 mm. Inorridita mi alzo dicendo grazie basta così. In tutta la mia vita non sono mai uscita da un negozio di parrucchiere a metà dell'opera. Cerca di trattenermi dicendo di farmi asciugare i capelli. Io ringrazio avviandomi alla cassa dove fa pagare € 45,00 per colore e lavaggio e a me verrà un colpo ogni volta che mi vedo allo specchio per almeno un mese. Tanto per la cronaca.
The Chinese understand Italian more! What an experience: I ask to keep the length and just adjust the cut. The hairdresser, peeled, cuts the back of me reducing the length from approx. 10 cm to approx. 5 mm. Horrified, I get up saying thank you, that's enough. In my entire life I have never left a hairdresser's shop halfway through. Try to restrain me by telling me to let my hair dry. I thank him by going to the cash desk where he charges € 45.00 for color and washing and I will be hit every time I see myself in the mirror for at least a month. So much for the record.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 14/15anni che vado da MASSIMO e tutte le volte che chiedevo un taglio particolare lui lo eseguiva senza problemi e son rimasto sempre soddisfatto del lavoro svolto… la cosa più interessante è che lui è sempre in aggiornamento su tutto dai prodotti in primix e appena può porta anche lo staff ai propri corsi…mi spiace che qualcuno si sia lamentato ma è strano che sbagli anche colore perché ha una meticolosità incredibile…tante volte gli dico “ma lascia stare il capello fuori posto”……la risposta? Cerco di far di tutto per accontentare il cliente…. Ho provato cambiare x un periodo ma poi sono ritornato perché solo lui mi capisce al volo…. GRANDE MASSIMO E STAFF
I have been going to MASSIMO for 14/15 years and every time I asked for a particular cut he performed it without problems and I was always satisfied with the work done ... the most interesting thing is that he is always updated on everything from the products in primox and just he can also take the staff to his courses ... I'm sorry that someone complained but it's strange that he is also wrong because he has an incredible meticulousness ... many times I say to him "but leave the hair out of place" ... ... the answer? I try to do everything to please the customer…. I tried to change for a period but then I came back because only he understands me immediately…. GREAT MAXIMUM AND STAFF
