Sono stata accolta bene e poi aiutata allo sportello per la scelta del medico -giugno 2020 Oggi vaccinazione antinfluenzale. Tutto bene. Ben organizzati - 30 novembre 2020 Anche oggi tutto bene. Sono stata accolta, accompagnata, aiutata per il biglietto, indicato il posto dove accomodarsi. Grande cortesia anche allo sportello - primi di giugno 2021 Very kind and professional. Clean and well organized environment. The waiting time was short (20 'with 7 people in front). I was well received and then helped at the help desk for choosing a doctor - June 2020 Flu vaccination today. Everything good. Well organized - November 30, 2020 Even today everything is fine. I was welcomed, accompanied, helped for the ticket, indicated the place to sit. Great courtesy also at the counter - early June 2021

Vuol significare che il servizio e' di fatto sospeso? Non e' possibile consentire almeno per l'appuntamento l'utilizzo delle e_mail? Come si puo' pretendere di attivarsi almeno 4 mese prima della scadenza della patente? Phones do not answer after long waiting periods. The offices (renewal of driving license) cannot be accessed without an appointment. Does that mean that the service is actually suspended? Is it not possible to allow the use of e-mails at least for the appointment? How can you expect to activate at least 4 months before the license expires?

Non posso muovermi da casa. non posso prendere un appuntamento. Non è un servizio pubblico efficiente. I called 10 direct numbers with automatic repeater. 100 repetitions each one for about 2 and a half hours. I can't move from home. I can't make an appointment. It is not an efficient public service.

Non posso chiedere giorni o orari per entrare al lavoro più tardi . Ma che serve io e’ ? Anche per accedervi serve L appuntamento ma come lo si prende ? Questa modalità di servizio pubblico e di lavoro va assolutamente denunciato I could give 0, I have urgency for my elderly mother and no one answers the phone, she has no doctor and they had replied by e-mail to forward the data after which they disappeared. Risultato....ci ho rimesso giorni di ferie e mal di fegato...Sto pensando di fare una denuncia in questura per omesso servizio pubblico al cittadino... It looks like an abstract entity ... via email Nobody answers. At the certified e-mails the same result. On the phone you can have a chat with the secretariat .... Result .... I lost days of vacation and liver pain ... I'm thinking of making a complaint to the police station for omitted public service to the citizen ...
