n	neve maio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto fare una recensione sotto zero lo avrei fatto...mi sono rivolta all agenzia in cerca di un immobile da affittare e chissà se fosse capitata un occasione anche per comprare, la Sign.ra che si trova li non solo mi ha proposto case al quanto fatiscenti quando ad uno degli appuntamenti nemmeno si è presentata ....dopo ore ho chiamato in agenzia chiedendo spiegazioni e mi è stato gridato contro che la stessa mattina mi era stato inviato un "messaggino" per avvisarmi che non sarebbe stata presente all appuntamento ( mi chiedo poi quale siano gli orari dell agenzia visto che alle ore 9.45 era ancora chiusa e l appuntamento era alle 9.) e che nn era un loro problema se non lo avevo ricevuto inoltre la Sig.ra mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia e mi ha detto di rivolgermi ad altre agenzie...cosa che farò sicuramente considerando sia il posto dove esercitano la loro attività...e la totale non professionalità comincio a dubitare anche che la Sig ra a riguardo non sia un vero agente immobiliare !Quindi attenzione meglio evitare! E	Edoardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratti verbali forvianti , e contratti scritti ambigui, dove "cauzione" ed "acconto" assumono lo stesso significato...lascio a voi intendere.. La signorina dell agenzia non credo si avvicini nemmeno all'idea di: "agente immobiliare" dato che ha difficoltà a calcolare un semplice contatore. Riassumendo, sconsigliatissima. Misleading verbal contracts, and ambiguous written contracts, where "bail" and "down payment" take on the same meaning ... I leave it to you to understand .. I do not think the young lady of the agency is even close to the idea of "real estate agent" since she has difficulty calculating a simple counter. In summary, not recommended.
