★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una ditta totalmente INAFFIDABILE, ho fatto l'ordine on line il 31 maggio 2016 mi sono ritrovato a doverli richiamare dopo 1 settimana perche non si sono nemmeno degnati di avvisarmi se la merce era disponibile, li chiamo io il 7 giugno e mi dicono che hanno avuto problemi con il corriere.... va beh ma li ho dovuti sollecitare io.... nel frattempo mi confermano che la merce è arrivata e che il giorno stesso sarebbe partita, passano altri 3 giorni, loro non si fanno sentire, e cosi li richiamo... mi rispondono "ancora deve partire" e perche? Risposta "non si sà!!"
Alla fine gli faccio presente che ho almeno il diritto di essere avvisato, al chè una signora arrogante e scortesissima mi ha anche attaccato il telefono in faccia!!! Complimenti veramente complimenti
 A totally INAPIDABILE company, I placed the order online on May 31st 2016 and found myself having to call them back after 1 week because they didn't even bother to tell me if the merchandise was available, I'll call them on June 7th and they tell me they have had problems with the courier .... okay but I had to solicit them .... in the meantime they confirm that the goods have arrived and that the same day it would have left, another 3 days pass, they don't make themselves heard, and so I call them ... they answer me "still has to leave" and why? Answer "do not you know !!"
In the end I tell him that I have at least the right to be warned, to which an arrogant and very rude lady has also attacked me on the phone !!! Congratulations really compliments

Bianchi M. : stiamo vivendo una simile "storia" .... ordinato liner e scaletta, oggi dopo un mese e vari solleciti via telefonica a segreteria telefonica (al telefono nessuno ha mai risposto) e solleciti via mail ho ricevuto SOLO la scaletta e NON il liner ...... tra l'altro ho pagato 5€ per essere avvisato della consegna ma il corriere NON risulta essere stato avvisato del preavviso telefonico per consegna .....
ho inviato mail segnalando quanto sopra; spero in una celere risposta .... e nell'invio ancor + celere del liner ....
mi riservo di scrivere una ulteriore recensione per raccontare il proseguio di quanto sopra .......
se "Piscine Atlantis" mi legge la invito a contattarmi telefonicamente, numero cell indicato sulle mie diverse mail.
oggi, 26 aprile, dopo quasi 2 mesi dall' ordine finalmente ho ricevuto, a completamento del mio ordine, il liner richiesto.
peccato che questo venditore NON risponda mai ne al telefono ne alle mail di richiesta informazioni ...... tutto sommato il prezzo è fra i migliori .. se anche il servizio di customer service lo fosse sarebbe un venditore da 5 stelle.
tutto è bene quel che finisce bene ...............
I agree with what Mr. Bianchi M.: we are experiencing a similar "story" .... ordered liner and lineup, today after a month and various reminders via telephone answering machine (no one has ever answered the phone) and email reminders I received ONLY the lineup and NOT the liner ...... among other things I paid € 5 to be notified of the delivery but the courier has NOT been notified of the telephone notice for delivery .....
I have sent an email reporting the above; I hope for a quick response .... and even more quickly sending the liner ....
I reserve the right to write a further review to tell the continuation of the above .......
if "Piscine Atlantis" reads me, I invite you to contact me by phone, cell number indicated on my various emails.
today, April 26, after almost 2 months from the order I finally received, to complete my order, the requested liner.
it's a pity that this seller NEVER answers either the phone or the e-mails requesting information ...... all in all, the price is among the best .. even if the customer service was so it would be a 5-star seller.
all is well that ends well ...............

Fatto un ordine a settembre 2017, pagato con carta di credito e mai ricevuto. Mai ottenuto risposte alle mie mail per sapere cosa stesse succedendo.
Non ho fatto denuncia alle autorità competenti semplicemente perchè il valore della merce era poche decine di euro e quindi alla fine fra tempo e giornate di lavoro perse ci avrei rimesso.
Sappiate comunque che sono dei disonesti, quindi da evitare a tutti i costi.
TO BE ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED.
Made an order in September 2017, paid by credit card and never received. Never got replies to my emails to find out what was going on.
I did not report to the competent authorities simply because the value of the goods was a few tens of euros and therefore in the end between time and lost work days I would lose.
However, know that they are dishonest, so avoid them at all costs.

In effetti questo fornitore ha un modo tutto suo per far fronte alle forniture richieste, tuttavia senza un non che giustifica preoccupazione è di parola!
Ho acquistato online un mese prima della consegna una doccia solare per la mia piscina, non ho avuto subito notizie se il mio ordine era stato o no messo in lavorazione ma, dato che sono ben chiari a chiedere di scrivere e non telefonare ho aspettato pazientemente e fiduciosamente la loro risposta che, è arrivata dopo circa 15 gg.
Ho dovuto aspettare ancora pazientemente per ricevere la comunicazione che era stato spedito dopo la loro prima conferma..quindi direi che, sì, ti fa pensare ma, prodotti eccellenti e a prezzi decisamente competitivi!!
Io nonostante l’anzia con questo fornitore di sicuro lo riutilizzerò!!!
Mi piacerebbe molto che disponesse di una linea telefonica x contattarlo x consigli inerenti dubbi su altre forniture..tipo liner o oltro.
La doccia è esattamente come la volevo e non facile da trovare, con Piscine Atlantis ho risolto il mio problema.

I purchased a solar shower for my swimming pool online one month before delivery, I did not immediately receive news if my order had been processed or not but, since they are very clear to ask to write and not call, I waited patiently and confidently their answer that arrived after about 15 days.
I had to wait patiently for the communication that had been sent after their first confirmation .. so I would say that, yes, it makes you think but, excellent products and at very competitive prices !!
Despite my childhood with this supplier, I will certainly reuse it !!!
I would very much like you to have a telephone line to contact him for advice regarding doubts about other supplies .. liner or other type.
The shower is exactly how I wanted it and not easy to find, with Piscine Atlantis I solved my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare, ho acquistato un dosatore di PH e un dosatore di cloro per la mia piscina, a fronte di un consiglio del venditore. Ma purtroppo i prodotti risultano difettosi, ho contattato la casa produttrice la quale mi ha suggerito di eseguire delle prove di calibrazione, ma con esito negativo. Praticamente le pompe dosatrici non rilevano correttamente le caratteristiche dell'acqua attraverso le sonde e quindi iniettano prodotti altamente tossici e corrosivi come soda caustica ed iperclorito, senza controllo. Le sonde nonostante la calibrazione , misurano valori dell'acqua completamente diversi confronto altre sonde professionali avute per il test comparativo. Il venditore si rifiuta di assistermi, aperta contestazione paypal, dove non fa altro che citare che i prodotti che ha venduto sono conformi CE e decreti vari, senza preoccuparsi di risolvere il problema al sottoscritto, fregandosene completamente che i bagnati sono bambini di appena 2 anni, dove potrebbero rischiare la vita causa sovra dosaggio di acidi, come soda caustica e acido ipercloridrico!

The seller refuses to assist me, open paypal dispute, where he does nothing but mention that the products he sold are CE compliant and various decrees, without worrying about solving the problem to myself, not completely caring that the wet ones are children of just 2 years , where they could risk their lives due to overdosing of acids, such as caustic soda and hyperchloric acid!

Ho mandato foto e chiesto il ricambio ad agosto ma a metà settembre (2018) non ho ricevuto nulla. Nemmeno la fattura d'acquisto. Per questo provvedo a regolare denuncia a GdF. Ovviamente tutto documentabile. Vedete voi...
Frankly sucks. I bought and paid pay pal for a pump. The pump arrived broken in a protective packing and filled with foam foam. I sent photos and asked for a replacement in August but in mid-September (2018) I received nothing. Not even the purchase invoice. This is why I regularly report to the GdF. Obviously all documentable. You see ...

Ordine inoltrato, pressoché immediato invio della fattura, telefonata del tecnico per confermare il tipo di liner adatto alla mia piscina, mail con prospetto delle dimensioni. Poi, più nulla. Il liner non arriva nei tempi indicati e risulta impossibile contattare l'azienda. Anche il tecnico non risponde più al cellulare. Visto che del liner non ci sono notizie, apro un reclamo con Paypal (molto efficienti). A quel punto Atlantis risponde e dopo successive richieste da parte di Paypal arriva anche la tracciatura del pacco che è stato infine consegnato. Il prodotto (realizzato in Francia) è di ottima qualità. Pessima invece la customer care di Atlantis.
Negative experience. The beginning was encouraging. Order forwarded, almost immediate dispatch of the invoice, phone call from the technician to confirm the type of liner suitable for my swimming pool, email with prospectus of the dimensions. Then, nothing more. The liner does not arrive within the indicated times and it is impossible to contact the company. Even the technician no longer answers the cell phone. Since there is no news of the liner, I open a complaint with Paypal (very efficient). At that point Atlantis replies and after subsequent requests from Paypal also the tracking of the package arrives which was finally delivered. The product (made in France) is of excellent quality. Atlantis' customer care was rather bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi! Fare peggio di loro è praticamente impossibile! EVITATELI!
1) Dicono una data di consegna che poi non rispettano! Ho dovuto aspettare ben 3 settimane in più e durante questo periodo non sapevano darmi informazioni di nessun tipo!
2) Finalmente arriva la piscina fuoriterra e la fanno consegnare nella casa di un privato con un corriere senza sponda idraulica!!! Forse secondo loro i privati hanno a casa un muletto?!?! È toccato sballarla e scaricare pezzo per pezzo visto che il peso totale eraquasi mille kg!
3) In fase di montaggio manca un pezzo, telefono più volte e non rispondono mai! Alla fine chiamando con un numero diverso mi rispondono (evidentemente non rispondevano volutamente), ordino il pezzo e anche in questo caso non sanno dirmi quando lo riceverò, finché un giorno lo trovo miracolosamente in giardino!
4) LA CILIEGINA SULLA TORTA: a fine stagione al momento di coprire la piscina scopro che mi hanno dato il telo sbagliato! È più corto! Io al momento dell'ordine chiesi la piscina con il suo telo di copertura ma evidentemente non sono in grado! Chiamo per chiedere la sostituzione con il telo giusto ma non ne vogliono sapere di cambiarlo dimostrando di essere pessimi venditori e pessime persone non volendo rimediare ad un loro errore!!! Mi è toccato acquistare un nuovo telo, ovviamente da un altro rivenditore!

1) They say a delivery date that they don't respect! I had to wait 3 weeks longer and during this time they didn't know how to give me information of any kind!
2) Finally the above-ground swimming pool arrives and they have it delivered to a private house with a courier without a tailgate !!! Perhaps they think private individuals have a forklift at home?!?! You have to unpack it and unload it piece by piece since the total weight was almost a thousand kg!
3) One piece is missing during assembly, phone several times and never answer! In the end, calling with a different number, they answer me (evidently they did not answer deliberately), I order the piece and even in this case they cannot tell me when I will receive it, until one day I find it miraculously in the garden!
4) THE CHERRY TREE ON THE CAKE: at the end of the season when I cover the pool, I find out that they gave me the wrong towel! It's shorter! At the time of the order, I asked for the pool with its cover but obviously I can't! I call to ask for the replacement with the right cloth but they don't want to know to change it proving to be bad salesmen and bad people not wanting to remedy their error !!! I had to buy a new cloth, obviously from another retailer!
