Sarò capitata in un giorno No, ma sono andata per cercare un vestito da indossare al matrimonio di mia figlia e nonostante abbia descritto i modelli che mi piacevano mi sono stati proposti dei modelli che non avevano nulla a che vedere con quelli che cercavo, ho inoltre detto alla commessa la mia taglia e lei insisteva a mostrarmi vestiti di 2/3 taglie in più della mia che erano visibilmente larghi per me. Ma il tocco finale quando la commessa mi dice: "si ma deve decidersi, mica posso stare qua a perdere tempo!"A quel punto ho girato i tacchi. Veramente assurdo! Mi spiace perché ci sono bei vestiti e di buona qualità! Avrei sicuramente comprato qualcosa! Complimenti davvero per il vostro customer service!

I will have arrived in a day No, but I went to look for a dress to wear at my daughter's wedding and despite having described the models I liked, I was offered models that had nothing to do with those I was looking for, I also told the saleswoman my size and she insisted on showing me clothes 2/3 sizes larger than mine that were visibly baggy for me. But the final touch when the saleswoman tells me: "yes, but you have to make up your mind, I can't stay here and waste time!" At that point I turned on my heels. Really absurd! I'm sorry because there are nice clothes and good quality! I would have definitely bought something! Congratulations indeed for your customer service!

My whole family, including a witness and page boy, bought clothes here for my wedding. They were all beautiful! It really has so much variety of formal wear and not just classic.

Dopo aver scelto l'abito, c'erano delle modifiche da fare, concordate con la sarta. Alla prova prima della consegna, l'abito non era pronto e abbiamo atteso un bel po', poi abbiamo definito la consegna con orario indicato rigorosamente poiché avevamo poco tempo per motivi lavorativi, ebbene l'abito non era pronto e dopo due ore di attesa il risultato è stato approssimativo e pessimo. Zero professionalità. Mai più

Primo punto la sartoria ho comprato un abito da restringere in vita e un ripiego al pantalone. Mi chiamano per ritirare il vestito pago e lo porto in lavanderia.Mi chiama la lavanderia e mi dice che l'abito non è stato cucito ma solo imbastito ho dovuto di nuovo pagare la lavanderia del lavoro svolto che doveva fare Griffe ! ( Purtroppo non ho potuto riportare il vestito perché il giorno seguente avevo il battesimo dei miei figli altrimenti dovevo comprare un altro vestito )Non andate assolutamente a comprare vestiti da loro spendete i vostri soldi in un altro posto.Comesse con la puzza sotto il naso appena entrate ne anche sé lavorassero in una grande atelier ?
Hello I would like to share my opinion regarding the tailoring and orders of Griffe. First point the tailoring I bought a dress to be tightened at the waist and a fallback to the trousers. They call me to collect the dress I pay and take it to the laundry.The laundry calls me and tells me that the dress was not sewn but only basted I had to pay the laundry again for the work that Griffe had to do! (Unfortunately I could not bring the dress back because the following day I had my children baptism otherwise I had to buy another dress) Absolutely do not go and buy clothes from them spend your money in another place. enter it even if they worked in a large atelier ?
