Ho avuto l'opportunità di riscoprirmi diversamente e nonostante il poco allenamento del mio fisico non ho avuto nessun dolore alla schiena o altro... Per me è la conferma dell'alta competenza che, Max e Cinzia, rappresentano in Italia. I followed a 2-day course with Max and Cinzia where the intensity of work was very high ... Ho iniziato ormai 4/5 anni fa, all'inizio ammetto anche con un pò di scetticismo, ma poi già dopo poche lezioni i benefici per il mio corpo mi sono stati evidenti, oltre al fatto che ogni lezione è uno step in più di miglioramento delle proprie prestazioni, anche poi nella pratica di altri sport. Consiglio lo studio a chi vuole conoscere il metodo Pilates e non l'ha mai praticato ma anche a chi l'ha già praticato perchè ho riscontrato veramente una significativa differenza tramite i loro insegnamenti. Da poco hanno introdotto un nuovo programma di allenamento, il GST: da provare. Certified (very important) professional and competent teachers. I recommend the study to those who want to learn about the Pilates method and have never practiced it but also to those who have already practiced it because I found a really significant difference through their teachings. Cosi ho cercato un centro specializzato e ho trovato l’Atelier Pilates. E per fortuna! Il pilates mi ha rimesso al mondo. Già dopo le prime lezioni ho sentito un notevole cambiamento, ho acquisito consapevolezza e controllo e piano piano sono spariti tutti i disturbi alla zona lombare e cervicale. Molto soddisfatta del mio risultato ho portato anche mio figlio di 10 anni, nella fase di crescita e qui il risultato è stato immediato. In due anni è cresciuto più di 20 cm ma grazie al pilates ha rinforzato tutta la muscolatura, ottenuto una postura perfetta, spalle larghe e torace aperto. Max e Cinzia sono estremamente competenti e la loro perfetta conoscenza del pilates consente loro di renderlo praticabile a tutti in maniera personalizzata a seconda delle diverse problematiche o esigenze. L’ambiente è professionale ma anche molto accogliente, si lavora sodo ma sempre con molto piacere! When I heard about pilates and started to learn about it, I immediately realized that this is not a discipline to be practiced in a common gym by attending the classic group course. So I looked for a specialized center and found the Atelier Pilates. And thankfully! Pilates gave me back to the world. Already after the first lessons I felt a remarkable change, I acquired awareness and control and slowly all the troubles in the lumbar and cervical area disappeared. Very satisfied with my result I also brought my 10-year-old son, in the growth phase, and here the result was immediate. In two years it has grown more than 20 cm but thanks to pilates it has strengthened all the muscles, obtained a perfect posture, broad shoulders and open chest. Max and Cinzia are extremely competent and their perfect knowledge of pilates allows them to make it workable for everyone in a personalized way according to the different problems or needs. The environment is professional but also very welcoming, you work hard but always with great pleasure!

Maximilian Stohr è un insegnate e formatore di grande professionalità, competenza e simpatia e, inoltre, fa parte dell'albero genealogico di Joseph Pilates poiché la sua precisione e la sua, percepibile, voglia di conoscenza lo hanno portato a studiare in America con Ron Fletcher che fu diretto discepolo di J.Pilates per ben 18 anni. Poche scuole vantano queste solide basi e la differenza si sente molto. Dai corsi Atelier Pilates si esce migliori, sicuri e competenti. Super Consigliata!! It is the best school in Italy and beyond. Maximilian Stohr is a teacher and trainer of great professionalism, competence and sympathy and, moreover, is part of the Joseph Pilates family tree because his precision and his perceptible desire for knowledge led him to study in America with Ron Fletcher who was a direct disciple of J.Pilates for 18 years.
