Oggi ho scelto proprio qui ad Atelier Patrizia il mio abito da sposa.... Il primo che mi hanno fatto provare è stato il primo che ho scelto dopo aver provato altri modelli! Complimenti a tutto il personale molto gentili e ti soddisfano in ogni tua esigenza. Ottimi modelli anche da sposo vasta scelta. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Atelier straordinario, vasta scelta degli abiti per tutti i gusti. L'accoglienza di Patrizia è eccezionale sa come coccolare una sposa in ogni minimo particolare. Ho deciso di dare 4 stelle perché non sono riuscita a trovare il mio abito in questo atelier, nonostante ciò lo consiglio a tutte le spose.

Ormai posto di fiducia dove sia io che la mia ragazza abbiamo deciso di prendere i nostri abiti da cerimonia, Sposo e Sposa nel nostro caso, ma non si limita solo a questo. Gentilissima La Titolare, riesce sempre a capire. Ovviamente raramente metto 5 stelle a qualcuno, ma qui sono meritate.

Atelier non professionale. Non consigliò!! Ho comprato un vestito da sera in colore Aqua per il matrimonio della mia migliore amica. Una grande delusione! A partire del personale! Ho avuto una sensazione che non eravamo i benvenuti perché parlavo in tedesco con il mio ragazzo (sono italiana e vivo in Germania). Il personale era sempre svogliato e annoiato quando sono stata lì per provare il vestito che avevo scelto e poi comprato. Il vestito poi è stato un grande disastro! Siamo stati 3 volte li per stringere e accorciare il vestito e nonostante tutto alla fine non è stato fatto quasi niente! L’unica cosa che andava bene era la lunghezza del vestito. Sono stata in compagnia di mia madre e il mio ragazzo e abbiamo detto che il pezzo di sopra non va ancora bene. La signoria diceva sempre che veniva ancora aggiustato. All giorno del ritiro ho provato un altra volta il vestito e come già aspettavo era ancora largo. La signora poi ha detto che lo stringe ancora un po’ e che nel frattempo dovevamo andarci a prendere un caffè. Dopo mezz’ora siamo ritornati e il vestito era già pronto per la consegna. Ho chiesto se dovevo misurare il vestito un altra volta ma lei disse che non c’è ne bisogno e che ora devono chiudere il negozio per ferie. Tornata in Germania ho riprovato il vestito ed era ancora grande! Non avevano fatto niente! Sono stata costretta cercare una sarta qui in Germania con urgenza! Mancha solo una settimana al matrimonio e ho ancora un vestito non finito! Comunque ho cercato di contattare la signora del Atellier per farmi rimborsare i soldi per la sarta che ho dovuto cercare qui in Germania (gli ho mandato anche la ricevuta di 70 Euro e le foto per whatsapp). La signora era molto scostumata e diceva che era colpa mia che non ho provato il vestito. Ho anche cercato di chiamarla per chiarire ma lei non voleva anzi mi ha anche bloccata. Per un Atellier del genere e per un vestito di 350 euro mi aspetto di più! Grande DELUSIONE per questo la mia recensione.

Molto scostumata! Sono stata li con mia figlia e mio genero. Il personale era molto annoiato e non professionale. Non siamo stati accolti e trattati bene perché abbiamo parlato in tedesco. Il vestito era bello ma alla fine l'atelier l'ha rovinato! Ora abbiamo un sacco di stress e dobbiamo trovare una sarta che aggiusta il casino che ha fatto l'atelier. Abbiamo provato di chiamare un sacco di volte al atelier e anche alla titolare ma non abbiamo raggiunto nessuno

I have been to this place with my fiancée and her family. She wanted to get a dress for her best friends wedding. She is an Italian living in Germany and I am German so apparently she was talking in Italian with the staff and her family and German with me. As soon as we started talking in German I had the intense feeling that I was not welcome in this place. I also got the feeling the time the staff would spend on my fiancées dress and for trying on the dress was reduced as soon as we were chatting. We had to wait pretty long before getting to try the dress even though the dressing rooms were empty and there was plenty of staff. This went on for all the other dates we were there to shorten and tighten the dress. By the way: even though we mentioned it quite often neither was the dress tightens nor were the fixing chains on the back shortened. Even though we informed the staff that we had to go back to Germany the dress wasn’t fixed on our last day there. We asked for like three times whether the dress had been fixed like we proposed and the answer always was “of course, it’s perfect.” Afterwards they told us to leave because they closed the store for vacation. A final try of the dress was not allowed. We just had to pay for it and leave. Back in Germany we discovered that the dress hadn’t been tightened at all. We had to look for a dress maker in Germany and had to get the dress tightened there. As far as I know my fiancée asked the boss of this atelier for a refund of the 70€ we had to pay in Germany and got blocked on WhatsApp as a result of this. I felt very unwelcome at this place and would definitely not recommend it for others especially for foreigners. The staff was always bored and the quality was not sufficient.
