Ho acquistato presso questo negozio un abito da cerimonia, già da me scelto tramite sito internet e non ho trovato nessun servizio che faccia preferire lo store rispetto ad un acquisto online! Non offrono servizio di sartoria interno, neppure per modifica irrisoria all’abito, si permettono di consigliare una sarta esterna a loro dire senza sapere come lavora e sottolineando che il negozio non si prende alcuna responsabilità una volta venduto l’abito. Inoltre, saldato interamente l’abito al momento dell’acquisto, ho chiesto di poterlo ritirare dopo qualche giorno ma la possibilità e’ stata negata con scortesia. Totale disservizio e scortesia e soprattutto di Atelier non ha nulla in quanto il vestito non e’ uscito dal negozio pronto per essere indossato. Mai più!
Not recommended! I purchased a formal dress from this shop, already chosen by me through the website and I have not found any service that makes the store preferable over an online purchase! They do not offer internal tailoring service, not even for a negligible change to the dress, they allow themselves to recommend an external seamstress they say without knowing how she works and emphasizing that the shop does not take any responsibility once the dress is sold. In addition, having fully paid for the dress at the time of purchase, I asked to be able to collect it after a few days but the possibility was denied with rudeness. Total disservice and rudeness and above all of Atelier has nothing as the dress has not left the shop ready to be worn. Never again!
