Impeccable result .. what to say if only thanks a lot to the fantastic saleswoman Tina and their very kind and talented seamstress Michela!

I purchased a formal dress in this atelier and I was extremely satisfied. The staff is kind and in particular I thank Tina for the availability despite my indecision and my difficult tastes. He offered me many valid alternatives without ever appearing annoyed, and he advised me in a targeted and sincere way, accompanying me in choosing the right dress. Prices more than fair and for all budgets. I advise.

The euphoria of a bride in finding the dress of her dreams has been thrown away as if it were nothing ... I am a bride who is not thin but not too big .. I wear a 48 ... I was told every dress to follow a diet otherwise I would never have found anything I liked ... But are we really doing? The real problem wasn't my weight ... but letting me try on smaller sizes and it was obvious they didn't fit as they should. I strongly advise against it. I walked out of there with self-esteem equal to 0.

I would have liked to leave a positive review since in this atelier I fell in love with my wedding dress the first time, and the people who followed me seemed very kind (obviously before leaving the deposit), but instead they did not turn out like this and this is where my bridal nightmare began. At the time of purchase they promise me a try at the beginning of August and one at the end of August since I'm getting married on September 8th; they call me suddenly to do the test on July 15, a month and a half before the wedding (working day without giving a choice between multiple dates, as the only date in which the seamstress is present), rough treatment, I felt decidedly red given that there were many brides who had to try, oh well it does not end here, when I leave them, at the end of the test they tell me the date of the second and last test scheduled for August 5th !! that is a month and a half before the wedding, I complain about it and tell him that at the time of purchase it is not what they told me, since they had told me that the wedding dress must fit like a "glove" and therefore it is tried a little earlier and in fact getting married in September they told me that I would try it at the end of August! The fact is that when I complain about it, the owner replies I'm sorry it's the only day of the seamstress, then seamstresses and laundries close! Too bad they should have said this at the time of purchase, maybe I would have said NO THANKS! today I find myself with the nightmare that if I gain weight or lose weight (since it is not a question of having to wear it after a week, but after a month and a half) the dress does not fit! and the knowledge that I have no proof before marriage, and no one to fix it so I mourn it alone! So absolutely NEGATIVE experience! Absolutely not serious atelier since they don't do what they say! And with absolutely little customer care (obviously after the choice)!

Great shop, qualified and kind staff more than other renowned names in the industry. New opening with Elizabeth outlet, qualified and courteous staff, large and bright spaces, truly a shop that tends towards the top.
