Se dopo 10 minuti dall orario concordato si fa passare un altro e non ci si prende nemmeno cura di avvisare che si è in ritardo lo trovo scortese e non professionale. Per me che sto' a contatto con i clienti tutti i giorni è inaccettabile. Inutile dire che me ne sono andato dopo aver fatto notare la mancanza e l' indisponibilità alla soluzione.
An agreed appointment is a commitment to the customer. If after 10 minutes from the agreed time someone else comes by and does not even take care to notify you that you are late, I find it rude and unprofessional. For me, being in contact with customers every day is unacceptable. Needless to say, I left after noting the lack and unavailability of the solution.
