Grazie all'interessamento del Signor Michele abbiamo risolto velocemente il problema bulloneria. Quanto al l'ammaccattura (vedi foto allegata) non ho nemmeno fatto presente il problema per non ritardare ulteriormente il montaggio. Quindi... Il prodotto è ben fatto, Michele è gentile e collaborativo , l'organizzazione va migliorata.
I had to stress the ordered material several times which arrived late, dented and without hardware. Thanks to Mr. Michele's interest, we quickly solved the bolt problem. As for the dent (see attached photo) I have not even mentioned the problem so as not to further delay the assembly. So ... The product is well done, Michele is kind and collaborative, the organization needs to be improved.
