A	Aicha Sania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo Atelier l’estate scorsa a livello di accoglienza mi sono trovata bene, il problema è sorto dopo essere tornata a casa…. purtroppo avendo utilizzato prodotti troppo aggressivi per la pelle mi sono ritrovata con delle pigmentazioni violacee su tutta la parte bassa del volto con la loro scomparsa solo dopo giorni dopo. Ho provato a contattare la ragazza per segnalare questa cosa (allegandole una foto con il danno causato), ma sono stata attaccata, mi è stata addossata la colpa di tutto ciò e hanno accennato al denunciarmi… Mi ricordo che prima di uscire mi hanno quasi costretta a scrivere immediatamente una recensione positiva in cui mi hanno detto le cose che dovevo elencare, adesso ho capito perché hanno insistito così tanto perché lo facessi subito. I was in this Atelier last summer at the reception level and I was happy with it, the problem arose after I returned home .... unfortunately, having used too aggressive products for the skin, I found myself with purple pigmentations on the whole lower part of the face with their disappearance only after days later. I tried to contact the girl to report this (attaching a photo with the damage caused), but I was attacked, I was blamed for all this and they mentioned to report me ... I remember that before I went out they almost forced me to immediately write a positive review in which they told me the things I had to list, now I understand why they insisted so much that I do it right away.

Ambiente da star a cinque stelle e super privato, sembra una spa perché sei trattata benissimo, ti senti unica. Si sono presi cura di me al massimo, ho già notato un miglioramento fin da subito. L'attenzione per il cliente è ottima e ci si sente benissimo! C'è un posto magico solo per te! ? I'm not used to letting go, but in the Atelier I relaxed and it was a pleasant cuddle. Mi hanno accolto come se fossi uno di casa, anche se era la prima volta, quindi mi sono sentito a mio agio subito. Mi hanno consigliato la pulizia viso e ho visto fin dalla prima seduta tanti miglioramenti ed è stato un trattamento molto rilassante che mi ha lasciato una sensazione di benessere generale. Lo staff mi è sembrato molto gentile e mi hanno dato supporto durante la scelta dei trattamenti indirizzandomi verso la direzione giusta. Ambiente molto pulito e molto tranquillo, si vede che è fatto su misura del cliente. My experience has been very very positive from the first moment I came here. They welcomed me as if I was one of the house, even if it was the first time, so I felt at ease right away. They recommended the facial cleansing and I saw many improvements from the first session and it was a very relaxing treatment that left me with a feeling of general well-being. The staff seemed very nice to me and gave me support during the choice of treatments pointing me in the right direction. Very clean and very quiet environment, you can see that it is tailor-made for the customer.

Le stanze stupende,ambiente sempre a temperatura ottimale, una cura dettagliata x ogni particolare, relax completo su tutto. Seguendo i consigli di Melissa,con una pelle non troppo simpatica, dopo 3 sedute sono arrivata ad avere dei risultati fantastici e una pelle liscia e curata come mai prima. Fantastic experience. Prodotti sono validi e i consigli che mi hanno dato sono ottimi, sono rimasta contenta e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia curare la propria pelle. Mi sono trovata da subito molto bene con Melissa che è stata in grado di farmi sentire subito a mio agio (e non è semplice) e mi ha consigliato al meglio già dalla prima seduta... Sono un soggetto allergico, ma grazie alla sua professionalità abbiamo trovato i prodotti più adeguati per me e la mia pelle... Sono rimasta colpita dalla gentilezza e dall'attenzione verso la cliente che diventa amica non solo di passaggio... La cabina viene preparata ogni volta in maniera certosina, disinfettando tutto prima di ogni nuovo arrivo, creando un ambiente caldo accogliente e molto suggestivo grazie alle candele profumate... I prodotti usati sono naturali e con profumazioni deliziose... Da loro non si trova una banale ceretta ma un vero e proprio trattamento che rigenera corpo e spirito... Alla fine, come ulteriore coccola, viene anche proposto un infuso naturale preparato sul momento (ogni volta differente) che è la perfetta conclusione del percorso di benessere che si intraprende... Consiglio a tutti un'esperienza con Melissa ed il suo staff perché davvero vi svolta la giornata...
